  • Tarzan in person!

  • i love......i love...

  • are you sure he is doing push-ups in this vid and not just stretching?

  • That's the thing, size really doesn't seem to matter, while skinny people can be really strong, big guys like these can be flexible and fast as hell!

  • Awesome man! Really impressive! I've never seen a guy that big be so flexible. Keep training!

  • This men, its awesome!!!! If anyone need a fisic model to roll on, this guy is the ONE, speed, strengh, flexibility...

Truly, i gone be like you. Thanks for the model.

  • Yes, as Grand master ninja Masaki hatsumi says "Whatever hardship you may have to endure it is only temporary"

  • i forget who said this, i think it was a japanese guy or vanderlei silva, pain is temporary, pride is forever.

  • excellent, dude! Keep training hard.

  • holy shit hes awsome id be dizzy from all that fliping

  • this guy is unreal man.Human at its perfection

  • yeah, these r called backward walk overs. u do have 2 be quite flexable 2 do them.

like BlindDogFulton said, they can be bad 4 ur back, but only if u have never tranied ur back before. in my gym class, we only do them after months of gentle back exercises, that u do in ur own time.

    p.s I am a gymnast so u can trust what i say.

however it is nothing special. I know a nine year old girl who can do these.

  • yeah but this guy is full of muscle and weighs 100kg shes prolly a stick that wighs 25 lol

  • Cool training, but "Walking" in this position is harder,at least for me.

  • casting call for soul caliber 4.. lmao

  • omg he has a menthols sign on his shirt!

  • is that a nike sign?

  • yes its nike. and what is the menthols sign?

  • i can do that but i need help going the flips got any advice if you do please give it to me.

  • The flips are called stepovers or walkovers, and you need flexible shoulders and lower back to do them. Just practice bridges until you are flexible enough to lean over.

  • strech ur legs try to get a split (with legsa in front and back of u) then u will get the flip easy,i think

  • Absoutly amazing strength and flexibility, I would rather foolew this guy with his accomplishments than all these so call armchair quaterbacks who are critiquing him.

  • Having sex can lead to a paralysing injury if you're not in the right physicical condition. I'm no expert but I see lot of yoga postures use this type of movement. Unnatural doesn't mean bad does it? Wearing a condom is unnatural but can save your life. I'm pretty sure although extreme, this type of movment is one of the best you can do (approached in a safe way with the right training)for your back. I agree, handstand push-up is one of the best body weight exercises.

  • Which part is bad for your back?

  • the gym i go to we hold neck bridges with no hand and nose on the floor with sumone sat ontop of you.

your talking ctrap mate. HIS neck and back are as strong as a buffalo. AND the muscle tissues around the neck are very fast healers. im no physician but i know you cant brake your neck in this situation unless a freak accident or sumone drops a piano ontop of you ha.

this man has great strenth, awsome fighter to

  • piano...lol

  • Wow, are you kidding? If you don't strengthen the back, you'll slouch forward because the muscles in the front will be stronger! You have to exercise the whole body equally to keep good posture and avoid sprains.

  • The people you're talking about probably used bad form, and strained their joints instead of their muscles. That's why you NEVER use your knees for lifting, because muscles will heal and become stronger, but joints won't. You want to lift with your leg muscles for heavy objects, because they're strong from supporting your body all day. The back needs gentler exercises at first to get stronger, but people get hurt when they lift too much and the joints rush in to compensate, getting damaged.

  • In short, the back NEEDS to be exercised, but carefully, beginning with low weights and good form.

  • what a machine - that guys built for war

  • That is an amazing example of flexability and strength. Most people that size with large pecs and arms are not nearly flexible enough to do a back bend.

  • i dont think that builds any muscles, thtas just some serious stretching ,

  • if u think pushups dont build muscles u shouldnt go to the gym at all. why are u hating

  • Probably not bulk. That type of exercise does build serious strength though. Do this combined with handstand push-ups you're going to be gaining alot of working strength.

  • his flexability is amazing!

  • omg look at his mussles he must be so strong !!!

  • muscles and strength usually don't go hand and hand...alot of very strong powerlifters and weightlifters look tiny compred to weak body builders.

  • yep, his muscles only show his weakness. makes you wonder how he won the muay thai world championship

  • ok i thought i was in shap this guys ripped

  • dont try this at home for christ sake!

  • doesn't look very healthy

  • i am tired just looking at it

  • wow after seeing that i see that my workout is just another mans warmup and that is a scary thought.

  • Wow, totally awesome!
