Well most hackers life spans are short lived. Punkbuster is good at weeding them out. I and the majority of my friends etc generally play competition and in private servers. Not to say hackers don't slip through, but it is rare and usually pretty easy to spot.

The average person has like a 15% to 20% accuracy. Throwing all 4 rounds out gives you a 60% to 80% chance to hit. Logic says spray. Well "spray" ... still needs to be aimed etc.
