Yes..I'm sure he is. The door on this hanger opens all the way up to the rafters so I loose no height. It has worked perfectly for over 7 years. But to each their own!
Look at all of the head room that you lose with a bi-fold door, there is more than a foot at the top of the door that could have been used with any other kind of door, also notice the creaking sound... its probably one of the hundreds of moving parts just waiting to fail and crush anything in its path!
@hydroswing Hydraulic doors are prone to failure too, So What All cable-op doors creak. Bi-fold, Tri-Fold or Sectional.. How many hundreds of cycles are your pistons good for??
