#2 answer. He's obviously had a long, hard day at the office so he's entitled to a little massage.

#3 answer. 2-D is wearing a mask due to a mental break down after the band broke up.

I dont think Noodle died, she escaped somehow, but everyone thinks she's dead. I'm guessing you know about Murdoc kidnapping 2D and taking him to his plastic beach where he's kept prisoner, making demo's and recording sonds for Murdoc. Murdoc made Cyborg Noodle from the real Noodle's DNA and he's not just a performer, but his bodygaurd. I dont think they know she's alive, or Murdoc is on his way to get or has retrieved her. El Manana was staged though.
