I didn't like Officer Ryan but my least favorite character has got to be Lt. Dixon. I mean Ryan is a jackass for doing what he did to that lady but I think he redemed himself a bit when he saves her. The Lt. is a prick who cares more about his position on the force than doing right by the people in the city who might be affected by his inaction.

If you find out through your studies that you don't need a door, only then is it safe to say that the locksmith is conning you. But just by going by what you see and are used to does not make your frustration understandable.
