when using windows movie makee. you have to make the clip how you want it then drop in the song. it will try to make the video long as the song. atleast that is how i do mine.

I have so much footage I have not posted cause of that. You get all done, your music in, all faded all tight and shit, all the video transitions and what not, titles... the whole nine! THEN it fucks up!

yeah man it freezes all the time some times just from trying to add a title before a clip. it's taken me 2 hours+ before just to put together a 2 minute vid! What I do now is do a "save as" when I start a new vid then after I add anything (pics, titles, music, ect.) I hit "Ctrl s" to do a quick save so when it fucks up I just restart the program then load the project. Fuck vista I'm gettin windows 7!
