no because say if the community cards are all the same suit and you dont have that suit you can play this, now if your opponent is in the same situation as you then there would be a split pot.

lol, imagine the cards laid down are in your hand. Use them like they are your own. you can use the suit or number, if your going for a flush the suit, anything else, the number.
