    Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorder- Delayed sleep-phase syndrome.

    I will start logging my wake-sleep times to have at least a 3 week record by our next appointment. I am looking forward to hearing your expert opinion on this.

  • My wife said I was lazy for not waking up for school or work or just in general, or that I didn't care about her because I don't go to bed when she does. All my life I have tried to fix my sleeping timing and all my life Ihave failed at it. I could go on about this as much as I can go on about how much and in how many ways ADHD affects one's life, which is a very long time, but I won't. I will cut to the chase instead: I am not lazy, nor am I undisciplined. I have a chronic sleep disorder.

  • I read a lot and I connect the dots even more. I draw abstract conclusions and evaluate them for validity. This has helped me make some discoveries about myself. You helped me solve my 2nd biggest problem : "I know I am intelligent, so why do I fail so much?". And I think right now, I came across the answer to my longest-unanswered question in life: "Why can't I sleep like normal people?" I had been deemed lazy, undisciplined, and I was beginning to believe that others were right.

    You have turned my life around and opened my eyes to myself. It feels as if I was born again since my diagnosis with you. However, the reason why I suddenly got up at 3:40 AM now and searched your website for a way to contact you is of great significance to me.
