  • Much appreciated! Doing some research on an upgrade to my MSR. Just starting out with flying, but this looks in tune to my experience. Thanks!

  • I like your video. Even though it's a fixed pitch, I've always found the SRB Quark kind of interesting. I might had picked one up a while back just to have it in my collection, but at almost $500 it seems prohibitively excessive for just a collection model.

  • The Quark sucks...outdated, expensive, the TX sucks, foam blades suck, brushed motors suck, It doesn't even

    use the 2.4 Ghz...

I say go for the Blade MSR

  • bro , how much is it cost ?

  • Cool review... Thanks.

  • good video by the way

  • The Quark is an excellent first helicopter, or model to practice hovering orientation with. I still love my quark and fly it regularly. It is more advanced than the Blade cx and mcx, but anyone could easily learn with it.

  • @bgjames111 (*and everyone else reading this on May 27, 2010). You should come back and mention that this heli is currently on sale at Heliproz.com through the Memorial day weekend. VERY nice price, including the Hirobo transmitter. I'm buying one when I leave this message. Brian, I hear your parrot in the background. What 'flavor' love bird is it? I recognize its sharp squeak :-)

  • Is the heli as easy to fly as the mcx or is it much harder than that?

  • Hej man, nice video,

I like the SRB, am thinking about buying it, I've been flying the XRB for a while and have started learning myself to fly the Shuttle gas powered helicopter, am hovering and flying back and forth now, into my 3rd gallon with one crash until now, do you think the SRB will be a good heli to further improve my skills during the wintermonths?

    best regards,

    Tom

  • great video and nice flyin ;)

  • How easy is this to fly, compared to other helis? Easy enough for a beginner to start out on?

  • That's probably the most sporty Quark video I've seen yet. I want to get one to practice backwards flying. That driven tail rotor seems to hold well.
