Piano lesson on Arpeggios - Broken Chords

I'm trying to learn broken chords. So if G B D are played together at once on the sheet music but there is the broken chord symbol to its left it is played separately instead?

God, this is where i am right now in my learning curve, but i can't get past this, cause every time i put my right fingers down, my left fingers wanna come down on the keys as well, and vice versa. They are very interdependent, which makes me only capable of doing solid chords, so i can focus on one thing at a time. Trying to break the chords into arpeggios just screws everything up, makes me frustrated and i just can't get past it. :(

wow.... im just beginning in music theory and these videos are opening up more and more possibilities to what can be arranged with music. I can understand taking place, but when it comes to application, it's all greek to me. Thanks for these shorts.
