maybe you looked away while johan switched with heilman but billy remained and you thought that both switched. if you look at a comparison between oliver and billys windup, you see a diference. for instance, when billy lands, finishing through his windup, he is square with both feet even and when perez warms up, he falls off to the side. trust me, thats wagner
