  • My gosh,,,the HSN host ate everything in sight,,,and then filled a tupperware bowl so she could eat more after the segment ended. I was a little worried she was going to grab Wolfgang and bite his head off and eat it too,,,,,lol. That little pig is an eater isn't she????

  • With cooking pinto beans in this pressure cooker, did Wolfgang recommend putting butter into the pot to prevent foaming? Just curious ...

  • Is there some wear to get parts for this? I was given one as a gift a long time ago, however just started using it again and noticed I lost the knob on the vent seal part..How can I get a new one?

  • @sgirl007

I'm going to message you with the URL of the manufacturer's contact form. I used to have a phone number but don't any longer. Hope this helps.

  • Turned out that the relief valve was defective on my unit... so it never reached pressure enough to start counting down. I sent it back and got a new one which works fine.

  • @mikesreach

    Happy your cooking, again.

  • Anyone have problems with the timer not counting down.. my does sometimes... but most often doesn't move

  • @mikesreach You have to give it time, the timer starts when the pressure cooker

get the right temperture I have the same one only my is 7 Qt.

  • Hey Shoppin' Diva! That sounds delish! I just got done reading up on the Coconut Rice Pudding..mmmmmm....Today was our first time using it, and everything turned out great and fast! I usually do everything on the stove and or grill/ or even Wolfgangs Convection Oven (yes, I bought one..hehehe for homemade pizzas) . I told my mom about trying ribs, but I'm sure like you said, put a good sear/browning on the outside before pressure cooking them. How much time did you use for the ribs?

  • Y'know...I'm on vacation and don't have my recipe. But I think I just followed the timing for pork. Seems like it was about 25 minutes, And I stood the ribs up vertically, so the meat didn't just all fall off the bone. It's amazingly tender. Some recipes also call for adding beer instead of water to supplement the BBQ sauce. Experiment to find your fave.

  • Thank you so much for putting these posts on youtube! I got this for my folks for Xmas and today we are trying it out. So far, so good! Great Filipino Beef soup under 20 min. I can't wait for you to bring it back again so I can buy one for myself:)

  • Try cooking ribs in a pressure cooker. They're awesome. Remove the membrane on the back. Brown them in a skillet or on the grill. And then put them in the pressure cooker with your favorite BBQ sauce (enough to generate the steam and pressure). My husband thought I was crazy, and now he won't eat them any other way.
