  • @svthebomb about the audiences' gander and age OR the intro? thats what he commented on

  • @gemgen101 the intro

  • the gurl is kinda cute

  • Looks very good! Any opinion on adding a little lime juice to your recipe?

  • WAS,,,,DELISOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • first reation..... she's hottt

  • if i blend the already cut tomatos will that make it liquid

  • "You need a cutting board, and a knife" ........ Derp.

  • @TheTman307 #1 it was for a speech for class in 2009 so i HAD to say the basics and #2 seriously, u'd be surprised what people use, especially college kids aka my friends :)

  • Now get the washing and dishes done

  • @gymnosophy oh which reminds me, i have a joke that goes with that :D

how do you fix a dishwasher? slap her ass and tell her to get back to work :D pretty sexiest but i can learn to laugh at it :D my bro told me that :D

  • @gemgen101 Ok, you get a thumbs up for having a sense of humour :-)

  • damn the girl who's making this is pretty :]

  • Nice try. PLz dont destroy ur knife by pulling it on the board, use the other side and when u are combining the ingredients use a spoon or ur hands not the KNIFEE

  • looks rlly good to me idk wat everone elses problem is i like it chunky n not watery too!

  • oh my you are so pretty. i wanna come to one of your salsa parties ha ha ha

  • she's cute.

  • Wow! I made it and it was soooo good. And it was very simple to make. Thank you so much for the video.

  • Why not take out seeds of the jalapeno?

  • @wicreed you could if you want to, especially for a more representational look but the seeds (depending on the pepper and the season) add a nice extra kick to it.

  • you don't have time to go back to the store, but you have time to prepare and make some...

  • are you related to the jalapeno?! cuz you sure damn hot! :D

  • Great pico de gallo, made it with some fajitas I made a few weeks back. Also, you're extremely gorgeous!

  • thx!!

  • you r fucking hot

  • she's beautiful

  • You have to work on your knife skills girl!

  • thats a huge onion lolz

  • Shes pretty hot hah

  • If you don't have garlic salt can regular salt still work?

  • looks like a big bowl of chuncky red shit.

  • @deadcarrot360 if you want to add more onions etc. then go for it. But eaither way it's good.

pico de gallo is a traditional salsa that is known and made to be chunky. Why people blame me for it not being saucy or blended is weird. Thats like making an omelet by scrambling the eggs, its something completely different just by cooking or cutting the same ingredient differently, therefor , if i blended it it wouldn't be pico de gallo

  • @deadcarrot360 O HAI TROL

Anyways looks good, I may use pepperoncini peppers instead of jalapenos.

    Great instructional video ^_^

  • @deadcarrot360 ollollololololololololololololololololol you sir are hilarios

  • Good video! Thanks for posting!

  • thank you.ur hot

  • holy crap i want to know how to make salsa but i change my mind. i masturbated instead. ur freaking sexy i want to make love to you i want ur big tits...

  • u are so georgeous i didnt hear anything u said!

  • whats cooking good lookin

  • try putting some lime in it its yummy :DD

  • @MrWeekendvideos Ya I agree.

  • cool i also add lemon juice

  • this is what i was looking for! thanks. every other recipe used the blender

  • Thats a big ass onion..

  • OMG you are so hot. Please marry me.

  • Well that was easy to follow. Good tutorial. And wow, you're hot. LOL

  • The girl in this video is super hottt and the recipe works =) but is it cool to add lime juice to it?

  • @AndrewGJimenez thanks :D and yeah, you can add lime to it if you want. I heard some do it and they like it. so try making a batch and put 2 spoonfuls of it off to the side in a little bowl. Then add the lime to those 2 spoonfuls and see if u like it. if you do just add the rest of the lime to the rest of your batch :D let me know if it taste better :D

  • @gemgen101 it is awesome =) where are you from by the way?

  • @AndrewGJimenez por que ? :D

  • @gemgen101 Por curiosidad jajaja

  • @AndrewGJimenez i'll give you a hint. Owl city sings about it and their FRIENDSHIP with it. thats as much as i'm gonna say :D

  • @gemgen101 wow lol making me do my research i got yah lol but first guess is going to be minnisota and that you probably have hispanic parents

  • @AndrewGJimenez No, actually, chinese (mom anyway). Half chinese and the other is irish italian and german. my sis gets asked if she's hawaiian a lot and my brother gets mexican haha but i like when people guess :D

  • @gemgen101 waooo lol interesting i really like your video lol i find it very helpful do you have a facebook account by any chance and if yes what is it i'd like to add you =)

  • YOU DIDNT BUY ANY BOOZE AT THE STORE? USA IN A NUTSHELL, DERP

  • @mryousmell guess what? i can now! too bad the asian glow (a lot more poisonous and cancerous than if no asian glow...i've looked it up hundreds of times so far) prevents me from it :( but still, sangria and authentic beer from germany is worth it :D

  • I love to eat salsa and thx so much. greatttt

  • Submerging a tomato into hot water, then cold water is really called the Blanche Technique.

  • @totalfartability2 i really do need to know cooking terms like that so thanks :D

  • salsa matters not. you look delicious. be my salsa.

  • this should have alot more views... your very pretty, you can cook for me anyday ;)

  • Hey, I make salsao too, but I take out the tomato hearts because I find it makes it too watery, I cut all the tomatoes in about 4 pieces and blend them for maybe 5 seconds. It works real well.

I do the same with onions, garlic and the jalapeño. It makes the salsa sort of ground and real nice to put on toasted bread.

  • @Chyphor yeah after this video i tried some different methods (never a blender though 4 sum reason) but i take out the hearts too if i don't want it to be too watery. yay! great minds think alike :D

  • @gemgen101 Haha, your enthusiam is so great! I like it ;)

  • @Chyphor thanks :D yay!

  • Audiences

This video is most popular with: Gender Age

    Male 45-54

    Male 35-44

    Male 25-34

Okay there are like alot of weird people on here thinking your hot up there I copied and pasted a chart from the statistics and thats what I saw btw how could you not have time to go to the store buy some salsa and comeback what do you live like a hour away or something?

  • @jeffhardywwefan1 in communication, for a speech, its called a "Grabber" or introduction to a speech. i did this video to practice a comm speech i had. so its not true, however i did say that i already went to the store and 4got to get salsa so it implies that you had just the right amount of time to buy everything and set up for the party therefore going back to the store and buying salsa would've made you waste time AND stress out even more...but don't panic, salsa is easy to make

  • I couldnt handle cutting the onions. I had to stop making the salsa at this part. I had to stop and respect the moment.

  • @my89tube haha or do what i do, go up to your sister/ brother after you've cut the onions and act sad and tell them you've been crying :D its fun

  • Did you wear red because it was salsa night?

  • @takforalt embarrassing actually, but no. It was valentines day and i didnt want to sit around and sulk all day but i still wanted to show that i wasn't bothered. so i decided to practice my school "how to" speech but make it interesting, so i did a video :D

  • 0:58

girl=easy to use, easy to see what your doing.

me=and easy to kill people with :D

  • @ujama0305 haha!!! ^_^

dude thats also not a real sentence ( what i say i mean, not what you said. what u said was funny)

  • hmmmm. Interesting, I'll give this a try! thanks

  • yah not be offend u but ur sexy hot i mean crazy hot

  • you and your salsa look sooooo Delicious

  • not to be creepy and i dont wanna offend you but DAMN your hot

  • @ronniefan7 at least u meant no offense so i can respond to you. my response: aww thanks :)

  • @gemgen101 no problemo i was just stating the truth , and also nice salsa recipe its very good and i forgot to say this in my previous statement

  • this chick is hot. can we salsa sometime?

  • @azimangoez ok! i suck at it though. Im totally a white girl / ironing board when i dance with my cuban friends (only with salsa though)

  • That is a verry good video. Your verry smart

  • to avoid your eyes from crying because you're chopping an onion, put rocksalt near on chopping boards edge..

    try it..

  • @aizentaicho2000 wow i'm really going to have to try that now. i think you can try to keep your mouth open too. i work in a place where one of the things we have to do is cut onions so this would really help. thanks :D

  • you are so fucking hoooooooooooooooooooooooot

  • damn you are fine.give me a private message:)

  • She' fucking hot. :D

  • ohh my god that is not how to use a knife :s

  • @Lontri i know. someone told me i drag it too much. it was for a "how to" for speech class 2 years ago so i've learned since then :D

  • @gemgen101 i was scared that u were gonna chop ur fingers off D:

  • thats a hugeeeeeee onion!

  • The best trick I've found to get the burn of onion juice out of your eye is to stick your head in the freezer , I know it sounds stupid but it works . Also you can avoid it all together by cutting a wedge of potato and putting it on top of you knife ,it will absorb the juice . If you want mild salsa you need to remove the seeds from the jalapeño seeing as they are the main source of heat ,

  • hottest chick ever

  • okay i have 144 tomatoes and only 12 onions... and i'm canning it... will it be enough onions for it?? i also have a bag of mixed hot peppers... will it work? thanks

  • can i come to your party????

  • thats no liquid salsa

  • oh my god you talk tooo much...i have a headache...

  • you re pretty!

  • want to share???

  • @StrikerX35 yeah!!!! i'll share my salsa :D

  • marry me

  • HELLO THERE YOUR PRETTY CUTIE SO CAN I GO TO YOUR PARTY LOL

  • great video

  • You should wear gloves when handling the jalapeños. I didn't once and paid dearly by being burned by them. Just a suggestion. Also and this only my opinion, I would peel the tomatoes. The skin doesn't taste good to me but that is my opinion. :) Thanks for a great video.

  • if u add lemon and avocado it taste soo much better :)

  • this is awesome!! It told me everything word for word and didn't use anything I didn't know... you did a great job!

  • I love Pico de Gallo, iz delicious. Thanks for the demo.

  • thankyou so much!!!! does it have to be jalapeno??

  • @hellotokitty12 no, it doesn't have to use it. you can use whatever pepper you want really , but if you want to go for traditional, traditional pico de gallo does uses jalapeno.

  • @hellotokitty12 no it doesnt

  • There are white, red ...and...yellow onions.

  • god, your so hot!

  • Thank, I just harvested a ton of tomatoes and now i know what to do with some of them.

  • thanks and your your hott :)

  • good job, i made it and it came out awsome!!! thanks :), and by the way u r very hott ;)

  • wait, don't we put all the ingredients into a blender or something??

  • @plantfireboom a blender makes it more sauce like so if thats what you want then try it but pico de gallo (this type of salsa) is suppose to be chopped. hand chopping it makes it look fresh and homemade and thus more inviting to people

  • Leave the bottem part of the onion on where the little hair type at bottom leave it on and you won't have any tears leave it last it works good luck

  • Hey lady you did a great job. I am a Texan overseas in Korea, and the ingredients here are not quite the same as back home! The way you showed the amounts of everything was perfect- am making salsa for a bunch of folks tonight with whatever I can find, and "four roma tomatoes" or wtvr I've found on other recipes is simply useless for me.

Anal retentive nitpickers: Who cares about onions? And if you dont like the recipe, change it when you cook. Jeesh lighten up.

  • best recipe

  • I have used vidalia onions that are grown on my farm, makes it so delicious.

  • ur cute =)

  • Shirt off next time. Thanks. ;)

  • @RunThemAll Bring that up to her dad or older brother. Haha. Teeth kicked in.

  • OMG YOU'RE SO HOT WOW I JUST WANT TO GLOMP YOU. oh wait you're right next to me so I guess I can ;] I LOVE YOU BBY

  • @mysticalspirits omg thats so funny! i read this comment and was like " glomp? whats that? i think i'll rwspond and say, 'glomp away even though i dont know what that is'" then i remembered i was with u when u posted it ahah

  • This is pico de gallo, and is more than 2 kinds of onions, and all onions have layers. LoL btw. wanna make salsa blended. this is easy to make.

  • u r hot, u should be a tv chef

  • My god you're hot. like seriously, lets chill :)

  • @jedcuteastig ever had ranch on fries, bread, pizza, or anything like that? that sounds weird too but it taste great. i'm sure your mustard idea wasn't a bad idea either...only only i liked mustard :D

  • how long will this be eatable?? for how many weeks or days and do i need to put it in the cooler?

  • @skillaziaat .5 days at its very best. i had guy friends who still ate it 2 weeks after even though i told them it didnt look good to eat but they didnt get sick. & i've never not had it refrigerated unless i'm eating it and watching tv but not more than 5 hours i'd say only b/c i like salsa that taste fresh and nice. and i'm the type who is all about making what i make taste good so i always keep it refrigerated unless im eating it. it may not last as long as store salsa but its really good!

  • i like this recipe, its quick and easy, do u have any more how to vids on here?

  • @n8iveassasin i was actually thinking about doing a how to on my special rice BUT its not as good as this salsa in my opinion. i could teach how to make orange chicken BUT i got the recipe from another girl on youtube. i'll let you know when i find another recipe to do :D

  • wow u are so pretty

  • When i first watched your video it had 300 hits now 16,333 wowza. I love the video

  • @SpcE4Wife aww thanks :D

  • You are FAT!

    Lol just kidding!:D

    thanks i needed this.

  • @mhd112211 p-h-A-T. sorry i always do that when my friends say it ahha

  • @gemgen101 Wow you respond to everyone! :P

    Nice job ignore the trolls!:D

You dont need to answer this one though!:P

  • @mhd112211 hehe i dont mind. its fun!

  • I was making this salsa and I ended up in the hospital..

  • @LaStar2016 knife work a little troubling for ya? haha jk. if u really r though, hope ur okay

  • hun this is pico de gallo, salsa is diffrent you put tomato sauce and other ingredients, and ended up in the hospital maybe the jalapenos. or you alergic of something. sorry to hear that. :( hope ur better.

  • Looks good, nice vid!

  • Very nice job making this video and you are a delightful young lady! Great job!

  • My dad told me to freeze the onion for 1/2 an hour to help keep the tears down. it works but you will have to cut fast.

  • @41Zman my friend told me to open my mouth when i cut the onions. it works too! and if ur desperate, have to make a lot for a large party ( i had to for 16 people once) and ur desperate, just use ur bro's ski mask haha it works perfectly

  • @gemgen101 thanks for the tip I'll have to try that next

  • wow, I didn't know onions come in layers... :P... I surely didn't know I'd need a cutting board in the process... xD...

  • yeah, I would go fresh garlic and garlic granuals, I think garlic salt has something added to it to keep it from clumping. Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Some bell pepper is very nice, green or any other color. juice from one lime and a half tsp of apple cider viniger is great:). you can also add some chili powder or cumin if you want a different flavor. Add mango to make a great salsa for chicken or fish. I like your video though, keep up the good work

  • yea right on!!! i kinda knew all these ingredients, but just checkin to make sure...an i def dont mind watchin you do this ahhah...but foreel how come you dont use lime juice in it?!?!?!

  • @medcardman i was never taught to put lime juice in it but i'm sure you could. give it a little kick and make it last a tad bit longer. i should try that and get back to you (that is if i remember haha)

  • @gemgen101 yea you wont regret it...lime brings it all together

  • ogres also come in layers

  • @616geek OMG i JUST watched that the other night ahah and yes, the original one

  • @616geek you sir win the internetz

  • This is pico de gallo....put it in the blender = salsa!

  • your very beautiful

  • Thanks gem, been trying to find 'already made' salsa in Australia but no aval. now i can just make it myself.. and as much as i want! :D

  • ISN'T SALSA MENT TO BE WATERY

  • @diddydina if you dont take the seeds out of the tomatoes then yes it will be. i just dont do it b/c my dad eats all the chunks and i'm left with the salsa liquid...which isnt bad with bread :D. the good thing about making home made sals is you can alter is however you want based on what you want and like. lime juice, no water, more onions or more tomatoes. your call

  • Cool. Check out our brand NEW "Salsa in a Box" on YouTube.

  • aww man I just made salsa and totally screwed it up. I should have watched this first. I forgot the onion and the garlic powder. AND I put in three whole jalepenos...with seeds. It was so hot. Do you need to remove the seeds on the jalepenos? Ur video didn't show. Also, can you use real garlic? Great video! and I needed the how to chop bit...

  • @brock12003 aww man i thought i said it in the video. What makes the pepper even hotter is the seeds. if you dont add them it will still be hot but not AS hot. yes, you can add real garlic. i think i've tried that before, but adding salt will balance the taste plus make it seem addicting to those who eat it without them feeling the need for water...unless its really spicy salsa haha. and did the video help you learn how to chop the salsa?

  • @gemgen101 I LEARNED!! I had some left over so I added the onions etc....much better. You're awesome.

  • I would recommend using gloves while cutting a fresh jalepeno pepper. Very hot!

  • @Bergertim with other peppers you could wear gloves but you don't need to with the jalepeno pepper. it wont do anything such as tingling to the fingers and such, the tingling will come from the onion if anythig gelse . What i recommend though is to be aware of how close you're eyes are to the pepper and how wide they are to when you cut because the juice can quirt into your eyes
