I couldn't "resist" watching your video! I subscribe to your youtube videos, and really enjoy all of them. I enjoy doing some of the art techniques that I did as a child....at least 100 years ago! One of my favorites is to drop watercolor on a damp piece of watercolor paper, let the colors spread and overlap, then, after drying, look at the patterns or even people who emerge and draw them in ink. I had a great time doing this with my grandchildren.
I think resists are magical too! I just bought this book (Spilling) last week and I am having a blast with it too! I' be looking for that DVD in July sounds like a good one. Thanks for the help in your mini tutorials here!
@Jmdn1947 Yes, I was also deprived as a child! Luckily I caught up. I have a DVD entitled Playful Paper Backgrounds coming from Cloth Paper Scissors at the end of July. Inks, watercolors, stamps, paste paper. You may enjoy!
Thank you for your comment! I hope you'll try it out :)

I have your book, but loved watching you do the techniques on video. Apparently I was deprived as a child and never did crayon resist. So much fun.
