This is very shocking at first. But on further examination, I believe she meant to refer to the timing of RFK's victory in CA, not to his being violently removed. She was comparing herself, not Obama, to RFK. It didn't look like RFK was going to win the nomination until he won CA in June, so she still has a chance. This is so lame because the primaries are so much earlier this year. CA was in Feb! The most stupid thing she did was not to realize people would compare RFK to Obama, not to her.

This is the THIRD time she has made reference to RFK in defending herself for staying in the race. After President Johnson started to run for re-election in 1968 and then pulled out, Hubert Humphrey, Eugene McCarthy and Bobby Kennedy were right in the middle of a hard-fought battle in June.
