This IS original version you freaks, but i must agree that Hank totally sucks there is bell to pick in first room at room 3-1, and bonus rooms are filled with hidden treasures which you are suposed to uncover.
wow this actually makes me emotional! I used to play this when i was a little kid. Had no idea what it was called! I used to just refer to it as "the dude" lol.
Solomon's Key=Greatness. In fact, I just bought it on my Wii the other day. But, what I want to say is that your Rygar call is a good one. Fantastic game. Ever play the re-make on PS2? Not as good at all.....
Still rocking th old school NES, huh? Ha, me, too. I still play that freakin' golden Zelda cartridge (internal battery still works!!). If you're not hip to it yet, check out Geometry Wars: Galaxies. I bought two days ago and my right hand keeps cramping from playing. It'll get you through until the Rygar remake comes out.

I had this game when I was a kid.. My parents and I played this game for hours on end.. The highest level we could get to was level 51.. This level seemed impossible to beat..Anyone been further then this?
was that the level where you have no door but a book with a david star? I never came past this level and also thought it to be the last level since it had no door...
BTW are you talking about the Nintendo version or the version you see above? Those are two completely different versions :)
I beat the game as a kid, there is actually two ways to beat the game, or I should say an alternative ending with different levels.
The second way you had to collect all the zodiac symbols (I believe that's what they were) that appeared on every fourth level (I believe). It made the game a lot harder since you had to find where the symbol was located in the level without running out of time and had different levels at the end.
I have played both but at the moment I only have the arcade (mame) version atm. The first bunch of levels are easy but thereafter it soon gets hard. :) The Java version I do not know...
4:44 :P nice one. i've done this several times

Arcade version of Solomons key are so much harder than NES-version. But the java-version has a bug :(
