Aupairs should have the right to have more than just 1 family in their profile so they can select the best for them too... aupairs pay for the program too u know !

that is great. no competition for the host families, because after all they are paying. this matching system is awful for the au pairs. they obviously don't care one bit about the au pairs. but i understand this is how the world is, it's their chance to stand out in the competitive au pair agencies business.
