This is the spread where the University of Texas Silver Spurs housed "Bevo" prior to and after the 2010 BCS National Championship game in the Rose Bowl on January 7, 2010. Bevo was transported by trailer and Ford Super Duty dually pickup from outside Austin, TX - his home - to Simi Valley, CA on a 4-day 1,500 mile trek. The son of this ranch's owner was the 2009-2010 President of the UT Silver Spurs.
