Age plays a part but if have had that kind of size and have consistently worked to maintain it everyday, you will stay that size. I personally know a few guys that I grew up with that were huge and kept working out and 15 years later look the same. As well a guys who have done 15-20 years in prison who look like that at age 40, no juice involved. It's called dedication.

People! This IS NOT A STEROID BODY!!! This is the body of a well trained athelete. Natural, weight trained bodies like Terry's are a dime a dozen in NFL locker rooms! Terry has GOOD DNA that makes his body respond quickly to weight training. There is no feminization of his breasts, nor surgical scares indicating there there once was. Also, if Terry had EVER introduced steroids to his weight training in the past, he wouldn't be dancing around today, like he does! Terry was born with good DNA!

@joilsonsud ...I'm sure he does use supplements. Most athletes do, but supplements and steroids are two different things. A high protein drink from Wal-Mart, and a daily multi-vitamin pill are supplements. Steroids are serious drugs! Not all athletes do drugs. Terry's body was built with legal supplements and a Goldmine of good DNA.

@riverjrdn all blek pplz hav good DNA :P it's a fact. atleast in America, because when our white predecessors brought the blacks from africa, the weak ones got sick and died on the ships, while the strong women and children and men survived, and they passed their gene pool down to todays black kids and adults. That's why blacks are better athlethes. I'm white and european, so i hope my comment doesnt seem racist to african americans. if it does, well fuck you :D

Now imagine that over a 300-400 year period of time. The NFL. I do agree with you, it all in his DNA and not steroids. My body response the same way to work if I'm not being lazy. And this was told to me by a white doctor.

I seriously doubt this man is taking anything other than protein. He probably just doesn't lift weights. SInce he use to play pro football I'm sure he does alot of cross training, and that includes dancing.

@bobafettfan9080 Yes, Arnold did. But he didn't do it for muscle building, he did it to keep his weight down and maintain his fitness while on a strict diet. His muscles are all hard work.
Terry, on the other hand, has never admitted or been tested or suspected of steroid use in any professional capacity. That man is all natural muscle.

@clixx13 I am amazed how naive people are. I suspect both Arnie and Terry have used roids. Anyone who have actually been to a gym and seriously tried to build muscles knows just how much you do naturally. Only people who haven't got a clue about working out believe these guys have not used anything. It's a fact. No human can naturally consume the amount of calories needed each do to maintain this size. It's impossible. It's simple math.
