With the exception of Nofert who is ivory skinned with obscure features. Her husband, Rahotep has brown skin with a low Afro and the broad faces of Khufu, Hetepheres II and Meresankh III don't look anything like White features to me. Also, the painting you mentioned in Hetepheres tomb is not authentic!

With the exception of Nofert who is ivory skinned with obscure features. Her husband, Rahotep has brown skin with a low Afro and the broad faces of Khufu, Hetepheres II and Meresankh III don't look anything like White features to me. Also, the painting you mentioned in Hetepheres tomb is not authentic!

The fact that you don't know this indicates a lack of knowledge on the subject. Excluding artifacts from after the Assyrian, Persian & Roman invasion periods.

@theriverQueen01 have you even been to Egypt? ? ?you have no idea what you are talking about. The egyptians were Black and the Arab invaders took over Cairo where a lot of the fair skinned ones are. In most of other parts of Egypt they are Black. Egypt is fucking hot and while visiting there and watching the whites boil like lobsters and faint from the heat while the darker people had no problem, i rest my case. plus the pyramid builders descendants live in the same place and they are BLACK.

@theriverQueen01 IVE SEEN THE SCULPTURES of the kings and queens of Egypt and to me they looked like a mix of people with different skin tones. But its so funny, the statues of the pharoahs who look too "african" cannot be found in the cairo museum. WHY IS THAT? I love all cultures and I am a mix of four races so I dont hate people at all. GET IT?

The kings and the Queens of EGYPT they look the same like the Population of EGYPT,and "African" doesn't mean Black as you want to convince the others because NOT all Africa is Black specially the North African countries like EGYPT, Morocco, Tunisia..etc. we the EGYPTIANS are proud of our heritage so we don't need to hide it and we don't have problem with skin color as you have..so my advice for you be proud of what you are instead of Spreading fantasy myths about others.

well i sure as hell saw BLACK when I went to many parts of Egypt. But you know what? you have no idea whoI am. IM AMERICAN and my family came from the west coast of africa 300 years ago and also my family is from ireland, portugal, and im native american. I NEVER CLAIMED THAT I WAS egyptian and i dont want to be egyptian. I SAW BEAUTIFUL BLACK egyptian women in ASWAN. you just dont like black skin and you would have no problem with elizabeth taylor a white woman playing an egyptian queen.

well hey i know that the Egyptians are browner and lighter than other parts of Africa btu with the curly hair and dark features, they sure arent white. also what about queen tiye... i think i spelled her name right and also nefertititi? esp queen tiye... she looks just like my mom and she is soooo dark. you cannot deny that there were some pharoahs that were black ... egypt in my opinion was very mixed and they had some kings that were "white" and others that were "black" Brown.

For your information, Egyptians are mainly light skinned and white, and because of the invasion of some indigenous Africans, there are some dark skinnen egyptians. But i did take a trip to Egypt and the egyptians had mistaken me for being one of them even if i was black american. I think the Black american MIX looks similar to the Egyptian ethnicity. With due respect,you need to read very well the History of EGYPT first...EGYPT has also "Armenian Community" is that mean they are EGYPTIANS! of course NOT..Sadat was a Mixed race from EGYPTIAN father and Sudanese mother that's why he was had a Caucasian features,Mounir is a Mixed with Nubian origin,according to History Nubians are a different race than the EGYPTIANS and they were always in wars with the ancient EGYPTIANS..about the Black Americans they are west Africans.
