@Xaenima1 @matthewmcf777 It looks like an "I" but it's called "vav". Another example for irritating letters would be the Russian (Kyrillic) "P" which means "R" or "C" which means "S" (CCCP=SSSR). Or going further east (to Japan) - What would you think "エ" might mean? ;)

It's just a very different kind of alphabet.

I'm also thinking the mark is not a computer chip. when you do look at it though, if you cant buy or sell merchandise, you will suffer and be easily tracked. if christians refuse a way to get food for God, it will take tremendous faith to stand for God. If it is spiritually we won't stick out. how will christians be martyred during the tribulation if it isnt physical buying and selling? i'm going to dig deeper into what you are saying though.

i still think the mark of the beast is all that Rev. 13 says combined. by saying it will be, THE mark, the NUMBER of the beast and the number of HIS name. Each persons own number (like ss#) combined with the number of satan and the number will be pulled out of the computer with our own biometrics (like finger and retina scan) I don't think many people will accept a chip in their hand, even non-christians.
