You start to like the Beatles by osmosis, just by listening. They have several good songs, but they are not unassailable. As much as has been the basis of pop music, I can not betray myself listening to something that does not please me.
this is amazing, music now days is good and can touch you, but this grabs ur soul and mingles for a while, im only 36, never got to see them live, but i bet it woulda been amazing.
Es genial...Es simplemente sensacional escuchar a John Lennon cantar es emocionante,Excitante sin palabras la verdad The Beatles indiscutiblemente los mejores.
this song is one of my favs from the beatles, and joe cockers version is awesome too, but I hate this video mix, when people take clips of random vids n try to make it look like they're singing it just ruins it cause I pay more attention to their mouths not matching the words, just use clips of them jamming n such n itd be ok
@TheWhiteSpySaturn I just don't get it either. The band that changed how we listen to music and think. They were an influence on their generation, my generation, your generation and the generations to come. It a shame allot of there stuff doesn't get nearly any play on local radio anymore. Thank God for the internet and places like 'you tube' to keep it going.
no one cares about your age and what your generation has done to music. i'm actually 14, but i didn't tell you that, did i? and i've been listening to The Beatles for 41 years.
Some speculate that Get Back was Paul's way of telling Yoko to hit the road. (I sorta got to agree on that one)..and that George felt the same way...just thinking that might Come Together be a John response to this 'being teamed up on' aspect? "come together over me" "he wear no shoe shine..." being a reference to Paul? how many other songs of theirs contain this internal struggle theme I wonder?
I'm 14 and love The Beatles. Why couldn't I have been born in the 50's or 60's. Can't believe any of this pop music crap actually sells. They just had such better music back then.
@Astromaster90 im 16 i was raised on this kinda music i have this auto tune shit i mean really if u song is that bad that it has to be auto tuned dont even sing
95% of teens these days listen to the same crappy pop over and over again. If you're one of the 5% who still listens to real music, thumb this up, then copy & paste it to at least five videos. Dont let the spirit of rock and roll die!
@MiniKirk Though some good bands have come and gone. Some broke up, some are still around and a few are dead (Amy Winehouse comes to mind; that chick had some PIPES). Just look harder for the good stuff. Yeah I know, work work work. Well that's the problem with your generation - if ya gotta work to find it you don't want it. So basically stop pretending you're special - you ain't. And stop bitching. Don't like the top 40 shit? So don't listen to it. Or write something better. 'Less you're scared
@renatabsbs NO ONE CARES HOW OLD YOU ARE....just listend to the music, its timeless.no one ever said anything about being a certain age aand limiting the music because of your age man

Nice try dude but you got Billy Preston there playing keyboards, when there aint no keyboards in this here song, and he wasnt at the Abbey Road sessions! - did someone pull his plug?
There is a piano. There is debate over if it was Paul or John who played it. Paul said in playboy Dec. 1984 that it was him but some sources point to John. Preston is in the video, I would guess, because they just compiled a bunch of videos taken at abbey road. Might be that they're 'Coming together' in the studio.
@gringopenquista the Beatles were Sinatra fans. The 60's were not one dimentional at all. I have a teenage musician . My son and his friends have an incredible openmindedness towards sounds of all kinds with tremendous respect for a well written song from almost any genre.
