I am an American, and I hate the SHIT hollywood normally cranks out. Utter Garbage ,, This movie is different, The characters in it are deeply flawed but remind me of people I know. It was oppressive but if you have ever suffered from depression the day to day world can be pretty oppresive. Also I saw NO political correct ness in it at all. which that right there gets an automatic 8/10

What an amazing movie. It was very hard to watch but as got into the story and felt what Nancy was going though I started to understand it all. Maria Bello give her career performance in this. This is one movie that will stay with you for weeks, not days after you see it. It is going to be a cult classic and required watching for psych courses and the like. A shocking side of life we choose not to see or acknowledge. Go see it with an open mind and you will understand it. Hopefully. Truly Great
