I was about to start bashing my head against my computer trying to get a ringtone to sync. This finally fixed my problem. Thanks for sharing, I appreciate it.
why does my ringtone from desktop don't even want to go in my iTunes ?i have an iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 my iTunes is the latest and i have a macbook pro....whats the deal?
question I have the iphone 4s and I am updated to IOS5.. I don't see the ringtones spot on the top of my itunes like yours.. I have it down under my iphone name on the side but it's not on the top.. help?
@brittneyviolet When you drag the .m4r file from your desktop to your iTunes just drop it where it says music up the top and then the ringtones section will appear.
You do know that its iOS 5 right? You said and wrote in the video ISO 5...no offense but you are a tad stupid because an iso is something completely unrelated to the 5th version of the iPhone Operating System ( thats what iOS stands for )
Regardless, i will be trying out this ringtone glitch because i am having a similar issue.
@brifink lol shut up and go troll somewhere else.. yes i know and the name change is happening... im not stupid it was a typo... and my own mistake so so picking out the little things i did wrong and watch the video and take the advice if you don't want to don't watch my video.. simple as that..
@brifink I was also downloading from isohunt thats where it came from... sorry if it bothers you.. and also make sure the ringtone is in your itunes in the ringtones tab..
i put an older regular phone ringer on my 4s and for some reason there is no pause between rings its just a constant ring that automatically replays how can i fix this
@jhamm20 change how long it goes for on the actual file.. put it into garageband or something and make it longer then in iTunes set it from 0:00 to say 0:10 instead of the actual length of the track so its a bit of silence for how ever long you want it.
I had problems with it as soon as i upgraded and spent like 3 - 4 hours trying to work it out.. I re-made all my ringtones ( all 15 of them and tried again) Then it turned out to be the most simple thing when i called apple.
