After hitstun, you go into the tumble which is when you can defend yourself again and the code would disable air dodging during the tumble. This means you have to wiggle out of tumble in order to air dodge. This video is to show people who think its a painstaking task that it really isn't. All it takes is one tap? If all it takes is one tap is there really a point to having it? It seems to me that if it can be corrected that easily why not skip that step and go straight to airdodging? I dunno.
Because no one can Tap perfectly all the time mid match when things are happening. I'm not entirely sure how it works but it seems that if you tap early, your next tap won't register as a punishment so you have to tap twice. But in any case, its a risky thing to do when pressured. If not pressured, no big deal.
