Nope, the Slash holds up very well. You will go through motors but that's about it. Great truck and we never have any problems. We barley sell any parts because they never break.

slash racing is so fun. i raced stock slash but with an 8.4v and an 18t pinion.

We run stock bodies, Pro-line Hardcore & Desert Rat bodies and there is an early prototype JConcepts Body. Gearing is mainly stock and the battery of choice is 7.4v 5000mAh Li-Po Reedy packs or 8.4v 5000mAh Nimh packs. Our big race is december 7th, stay tuned for more videos!!!

im gonna get the slash and im already buying full aluminum parts for it!

the prob is idk whether to get all blue or all silver. because i have only one rc. its a xxx losi sport that is 2 1/2 years old and has never had a new part put on it. and i have no idea what it would look like. i love blue. but blue and black?and i kinda like silver. but idk which one looks better. or i could just buy a rustler so me and my dad could bash with eachother.

its a hard decision REPLY! :)

get the slash and for get alunimum. plastic is better, once u bend alunimum it wont bend back. n matter how hard u crash the slash it wont break any way. plus plastic parts are cheap
