  • nice channel i learn a lot from it.

    Thanks for sharing.

  • Your video is useful.

  • Thank you for sharing.

  • Thank you about knowledge

  • He's only 12-years old!

  • GAY

  • Painfully NOT humorous and unoriginal.

  • It wasn't that funny.

But the disclaimer made it even worse.

  • Parody duh..we don't need your disclaimer..the Bellingham google fiber presentation is far superior.

  • I was kinda affended dud, I know it was a parody but still, WE didnt get a say so. just on the news we say " you now live in google kansas" we were like WTF, we didnt want it changed I knew when i saw it. that we shot ourselves in the foot. well >:D i use to, untill i went ot alot of webstis for this and like 70% are for us. thx to that little thing on april fools day.

  • I don't know why Topeka is going for Google Fiber, all they have is corn. Grand Rapids is an epicenter of arts and technology, and Google is all about combining the two. Duluth, can't say anything bad about you, but I'm rooting for Grand Rapids all the way!

  • TOP CITY ALL THE WAY

  • dat iz so fuking awesome and weird

  • To make Google's decision easier, we at ZoomProspector launched a fun city-selection tool on our website that lets you rank your top 5 choices for Google Fiber. While this quiz is for fun and selects communities that have performed some of the funniest promotions, the data is all real. Go to our website to place your vote!

  • We Won Look At The Home Page Topeka.. Bamm Ahhh Shucks Lol

  • I went to google today, and the logo said "Topeka".

    xD

  • i have never laughed so hard at a youtube video! I love this guy from the theater he's hilarious! da sure ya betcha!

  • bellingham is cooler. it should get google fiber

  • This is a great video and I love it, however I have to say one of my favorites is the Bellingham "put the G in Bellingham" video about a little girl who gets a gift from Google

  • Best of luck! Longview, Texas is one of the 600 plus communities in search of Google fiber which will deliver ultra-high speed fiber-to-the-home Internet. The community or communities lucky enough to be selected for Google's experiment will reap the rewards of cutting-edge technology that will only evolve around Google's fiber. And this my friends we have their barrier to entry. More users online translates into more dollars for Google. Maybe one day they'll get enough to acquire Facebook?

  • I love this Duluth!

  • Go DULUTH!!!!!!

  • lol the eyebrows, for the win.

  • Now dat dere is some funny stuff, ya sure, you betcha! Yer da bomb, GoogleFiber Mayor!

  • funny

  • If this law was true my name would be Google Fiber, K. that would really suck...

  • I am from Topeka. I think this video is hilarious.

  • OMG, it's a good thing I watched the movie "Fargo" in the past 7 days, or I would not have understood a word! You betcha, ya!!

Go Duluth. you got a much more interesting accent than the Topekeans

  • @bubbski Fargo is in North Dakota. Just sayin'.

  • @nathansts Ah, just one of the many mysteries contained in the film "Fargo"...since 99.73% of the film's story takes place in Minnesota...with the strongest Minnesotan accents of any Oscar winning motion picture. In fact, I think t picked up an Oscar for strongest MN accent in a film with an out-of-state title.

  • Dooloot, minnesouuuta. X-D

  • Dave was in the Lumberjacks at East he is still funny.

  • @kodeking As a Duluth resident I think the twinports is in need of a network change and what better than Google. The location of duluth provides us connections internationally being the "most inland seaport". Being so close to the twin cities makes it a ideal location for big business intergration.

As for the video you get a big "O' Yeah".

  • yah you betcha!

  • Google, KS FTW!

  • This is quite funny!! We have very much enjoyed your creativity!

  • I agree jhoxrox. Great video.

I do have one question - I have two middle names - so would I be Googlet Fiber Optic Mapes?

    Kerrice - seveneightfive magazine

  • Yah sure, you betcha!!

Dis here video vas purdy amazin'.

    Tanks to all dat helped.

  • everyone wants that 1Gb connection :)

  • i don't agree with the my state capital in changing their name to Google now we have to make a student march on Google and not Topeka

  • Yeah. It was pretty "clever" to put an ad inside of an ad inside of an ad.

  • yaha im a googlewegian!

  • You betcha!

  • Why does their mayor have an irish accent??

  • It's Scandanavian, not Irish. It's poking fun at the fact that there's a lot of Norwegians and Swedes living around the Duluth area.

  • and Finns! :D

  • @repo1911 that is actually how people talk in wisconsin and minnesota.... yea i know

  • @nunezhit actually i live in minnesota and ive never heard someone talk like that

  • He want fast internet............ so he can watch porns?

  • You had to live there to really appreciate just how funny this is.

  • I am a Googlean. Don't be angry that us googleans thought of changing our name first. Forget about Dorothy, and those red shoes. Google Kansas is the best! LOL great viedo. Makes me laugh.

  • Mayor, stop being so politically correct and inoffensive! This is a war that Googleans in Google, KS intend to win! Let's see a little snarl behind that smile. (Great video, BTW, and good luck to ya dere in da Twin Ports!)

  • As a former Minnesotan and current Topeka resident, I say well done!

  • Thanks @kaiserdean. Where abouts in Minnesota did you live?

  • I'm from Topeka and fully support Google choosing Topeka, but I absolutely love this video

  • We're glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by.

  • That was a lot of fun. I hope everyone over at Google is getting a good laugh out of all of us going ga-ga for Google Fiber. Go Duluth!

  • Haha, agreed. It really is cool to see our communities come together even more though. There is an unbelievable amount of energy throughout the TwinPorts, quite difficult to overlook.

  • simply amazing! do people in Duluth really sound like that? it looks like the rest of the cities competing don't stand a chance!

  • Bravo Duluth. - Googlian.

  • Cute, guys. Real cute.

  • All in good fun. :)

  • Jared Starkey from Topeka, KS here ----- Deluth, I love your video. Will you GOOGLE ME?

All kidding aside - I hope you are aware, we have been stockpiling culture for years! ITS ON!

  • @nitrusoxyde

Oh I know it. I lived in Topeka for a good 7 years. Went to Sumner and Lowman Hill elementary.

I have very fond memories of Hypermart for some reason, probably because I knew it meant I was gettin' McDonald's. Conversely I have one not so fond memory of Fred Phelps outside Topeka High.

I haven't been back for quite sometime, but last time I was there it had expanded quite a bit.

  • VERY Cute, I enjoyed it. It was hard watching it with all the stops and starts and skipping around, due to my sloooooow connection. We need some fiber optics in this town. Good luck to us all and thanks for the good sportmanship! B. Z., Topek...opps....this is all so new to me...Google, Kansas

  • We've come along way from AOL disks, minute long page load times and, of course, the unforgettable dial up theme noise, but still I can't wait for the day streaming videos is seamless!

    Thanks for stopping by :)

  • I'm a lumberjack...

  • Hows about dat Scandinavian accent der?

  • Love this, but won't all the name changes confuse the census workers?
