@intertf1 That is because you are using the app from an unofficial repo. You will need to add the "danstaface" repo to your Cydia sources and download the vWallpaper app that fits your device.
@intertf1 my bad. You have to have the "vWallpaper 2" app. If you have the vWallpaper 2 app and still not able to activate any of my videos in the vWallpaper 2 app then I am not sure what is happening.

@pizentudewind -- ok now it's giving me "failed to fetch" and "Sub-process bzip2" errors. Maybe I just need to restore and start clean I would eater not though. Usually takes me up to 8 hours to get everything back to the way it was
@pizentudewind -- forgot to mention in the title and description it says "DELETE ME" and "this is not a workin repo" or something along those lines... I've done it with the slash at the end and without. I also noticed I am getting an error but it's for sellize would that have anything to do with why it's not coming up.?? Let me know ur thoughts!
@N8RUBLE I think I know whats going on. You have sources that are broken. They are keeping Cydia from completely refreshing. I had this problem. Do you get an error message everytime your cydia refreshes? Like Failed to fetch such and such repo? what I did was start erasing one repo at a time that was poping up at that error message. starting with the first one that it shows. eventually your Cydia will completely load. Write down the repos before you delete them incase you want to re add them
@pizentudewind --- I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone in-between and still nothing! I'm not sure what's going on! Would it be possible to make them able to be downloaded so I can just ssh them to my phone?
@N8RUBLE That sounds strange. Have you tried refreshing Cydia? I just looked and saw all my packages. And after looking at the number of downloads I see they have increased since yesterday. Make sure when you do get it working to add my Icon pack so you can easily find my packages.

I don't know what you use for vid conversion, but vids are distorted, some are of very poor quality on 3GS (even worse on iPhone 4). Hope you find a better conversion tool and looking forward for some great graphics for iPhone 4.
P.S.: I haven't noticed any freezes in looping in winterboard, and found it to be more economic on the battery than vWallpaper, even when I was running a video clip with sound recorded with

3. @PizentuDeWind Dude, vWallpaper uses what Winterboard offers, but limits it to a ridiculous state. You can't have widgets on top of the video when using vWallpaper. Instead of uploading vWallpaper vids, you can make simple themes, which users can activate in winterboard.
@z13blade Thanx for the comment. Though I couldnt disagree with you more. I have seen vwall vids and winterboard vids run side by side. I saw no difference in speed. WB vids run in the background causing device to slow down and use more battery. also frezzes after a few loops. vWallpaper doesnt run in the background using less battery and wont slow your device. I dont use widgets so I dont care about the loss of them. I dont wanna make simple themes. I like making vwalls and pogoplank themes.

Only giving 3 stars for the following reasons:
1. vWallpaper processes videos much slower than Winterboard
