Hey, has anybody here utilised Gallactico 324 Diet (google it) , one of my acquaintances lost great deal of fat using Gallactico 324 Diet, but just wanted a consumer review before opting for that.
Can you tell what pin curling is? Do you have a video that explains it already? I'm sorry but I've always been a tomboy and I have no idea how to style my hair. I've been natural for almost 10 years now, so I have a lot of hair. I really would like to try to do something with it.
I'm still breastfeeding and my son will be 9 months old tomorrow. I only lost about 20-25 lbs after delivery without even trying and I'd like to lose another 25 or 30 to get down to about 135lbs. So far I noticed that eating 5 meals a day (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner) works to keep me from getting hungry. If I eat my snack before I get hungry then I'm less likely to overdo it. My snack is usually some fruit or a bowl of multi-grain cheerios.
Working out earlier in the day/in the morning vs at night or evening is more beneficial because you get a better caloric burn and metabolism benefits throughout the rest of the day

I took the baby & my toddler to a toddler class at the mall yesterday & just the little bit of walking I did yesterday has me in serious pain. That's a major sign that I need to work out. LOL .
Great job! Those last 10 lbs will melt off once you continue with your workout regimen. Soooooo true on the sleep tip! When baby girl started sleeping better, I started losing more weight. I worked out every day for a little over 2 weeks to lose my last 10 postpartum pounds (with charliejames1975). Those workouts kicked my butt! But they kicked my metabolism into full gear! For you at 9 months postpartum to be so close to your pre-pregnancy weight is FAB! Go 'head, Mama!!! Blessings...
@Dprincess28, very informative and encouraging video. you are so right about sleep deprivation. i was getting up evryday and 5;30am to workout whist my baby was sleeping but realised after a while that i was feeling more tired due to not resting enough. you are looking very welland the edges are growing back very well. i have problems with my hairline also due to 2 pregancies back to back and havent had as much success as yourself. i think i will try the BB pomade. tnx 4 sharing with us.
I'm pretty good with maintaining my weight but they recently opened a cupcake bakery here called Ganache (hope it's spelled right) and I can't stay away from them! Anyway, you look great and keep up the good work:-}

You look great! Congratulations! I'm getting ready to start a program using Konjac Fiber. It's something Dr. Oz mentioned recently. It's a great vitamin that makes you feel full when you take it. I got it from Amazon.com. None of the health food stores in my area had it on the shelves yet. It's relatively inexpensive. I paid $10 for it. I'll let you know how it works! :-)

But I am still Breastfeeding so I burn 500 calories just breastfeeding so I know if I can add in a work out I can lose some more weight
