  • Wonder how they would sound like if Brian pulled himself together and got healthier... RIP, Brian.

  • ohhhhh yeahhhhhhhhh!!!!!

  • anyone here have this whole show, download ?

  • Grande Keith ....

  • mick jagger is without a question the greatest front man of any rock band!

  • @marcojr3055 Even over Daltrey from The Who? Cause thats always been the debate over who`s the greatest live band of all-time. And usually both bands are mentioned. I have to give the edge to Jagger, cause he`s been doin it a little longer. Daltrey comes damn close tho........

  • Keith's backing vocals? The best of all time baby.........

  • THE BEST ROCK BAND EVER .

  • The two persons that click dislike must spend the night together xD

  • LIFE KEITH!!!BEST KEITH!

  • Estos tipos son impresionantes !!

  • R.I.P. Ian Stewart

  • its lets spend night together, its only on vh1cl like two three times a year, recorded mine by getting lucky like the stones fan i am and getting it uncut on TCM,and ladies and gentleman on vh1cl,patient itll come on again

  • 1:11 Jay Leno on piano

  • @Nandez18 funny ,lol

  • @Nandez18 i think thats ian stewart ;)

  • is there like a wack of fans sitting to the side of the stage(almost out of view from the concert)

  • :D I love this song. I also like the football pants. I love them all :D

  • keith the greatest guitar

  • I got nasty habits, I take my tea at 3. Caffeine, adrenaline, and being Mick Jagger

  • Mick did dabble in drugs in the sixties and seventies, but that was over before the '81 tour. You couldn't perform like this night after night if you were on coke! You'd be winded in 15 minutes.

  • @philexile0 all these books state otherwise, and it is supposed to be in the film c.s. blues

  • can someone please tell me what brand is that tracksuit bill is wearing

  • Mick has kept himself extremely fit all his life. His dad was a PT teacher

and he kept Mick training religiously every day of his life. Contrary to popular opinion, Mick never dabbled in drugs, and is the perfect human specimen as you can see on his videos.

  • @boazyu watch c.s. blues he snorts cocaine-at one point mick started exercising, but hefore that he did coke before concerts as an upper. its in books "That image was a real drawback" (in regards to the 'drug using outlaws' image)

  • @boazyu bullshit, watch the documentary cocksucker blues (it's on youtube). you will actually see mick taking drugs for yourself.

  • Mick Jagger = The Greatest Frontman in Rock History

  • mick jagger just love being on stage! best frontman evah!

  • This is 100 times better than that stanky booty gorilla noise musik keith schreds at guitar verry cool

  • @danocallaghan1985

Well, i think you are way to young to understand this! It´s all live and hand made music, nothing to compare with that electronic "boom boom boom... i wanna XXX you... boom boom boom" crap of today. I bet you know nobody of the today´s artists in 30 years. Stones, Led Zep and all the others are well known for over 40 years ;-)

  • @danocallaghan1985 Just when I think I've heard the stupidest thing that can ever be said, you come along. Thanks, dude!

  • este tipo es un loco

  • Un de leurs grands succès 60's...mais ces tenues, au secours!

  • 1:11 nice to see Ian Stewart! rip

  • lets spend the night together...papa ga pulang beibeh :)

  • Still even now The Greatest Rock n Roll Band In The World and the greatest Frontman ever!

  • they were on coke and other things - I was and worked on the film. in the outtakes you can see them do it onstage between songs - what's the big deal, it's part of the lifestyle - or was, for them...now they have to sign their tour contracts to be straight or else..

  • @mrw93439 Actually Mick was really never a big drug addict at all to begin. The guy was always like that on stage! He was and in great shape for his age. Now Ronnie and Keith you probably can't say that.

  • was that jay leno?

  • @morly11 Ian Stewart r.i.p.

  • mick jagger does not need any drugs to deliver on stage pals.... he's the king on stage, by nature!

    also the other groupmember..

  • The climax comes on 1:40 Mick Jagger SUPERSTAR!!

  • Me encanta este videoooo XD! La banda mas grande del universo !!!!

  • Even if his "on" he prepare himself for that year running 20miles at day durin 5 months before the tour... thats amazing. take care.

  • aguanten los stones!!! from argentina!!!

  • Hi, Does anybody knows where can I buy this video? I'm trying to get it, but I can't find it .....Thanks for any help

  • @JORVIE the dvd is called lets spend the night together so just look it up on amazon and u can get it

  • Notice Jay Leno on piano at 1:15.... this was before he made it big as a comedian.

  • @NPraiseOfFreedom

this is not the only posting of this video. That is NOT Jay Leno (you are not the only one to point it out) but Ian Stewart. Ian Andrew Robert Stewart (18 July 1938 – 12 December 1985) was a British keyboardist and cofounder of The Rolling Stones. He was dismissed from the line-up in May 1963 but he remained as road manager and piano player. In early December 1985, he went to a clinic to have the problem examined; he suffered a heart attack and died in the waiting room.

  • @NPraiseOfFreedom Damn,that's not Jay Leno,thats Ian Stewart,former stones pianist!!!

  • @rafaultimate69 Ian Stewart R.I.P.

  • @NPraiseOfFreedom that is Ian Stewart (r.i.p.)

  • Best rock and roll band of all time! Love Live the Rolling Stones!

  • Ian Stewart there on piano! :-)

  • @gomle3 Ian Stewart ROCKS (and swings)!

  • Happy Birthday, Mick! Love you forever!

  • still life!

  • This is my fave RS song.

And I was there when this song was first released.

But when I try to listen to what they sang then , it is a totally different sound.

Not as good in my opinion.

  • @Delia1950 yes pal one of my favourites too, amazing and powerfull lyrics and song^^

  • @rafaultimate69 great song ...but what was the song where Ronnie Wood tries to jump on Micks Shoulder but falls hard on the stage...I know it was during this concert.I saw it one time actually very funny, forgot the song.

  • She's So Cold ;)

  • @pablobertuolpinto Thank You!

  • Happy Birthday Charlie and Ronnie

  • Like this version for some reason. Found on the "Still Life" live album from '82.

  • this was in Philadelphia JFK 1981 a great concert were i also saw u2-the round up and live aid

    it brings back memoriesfor me

  • maybe hes just in the song, why do rock stars always have to be on somethings?

  • rock stars dont always have to be on something, but it's the rolling stones lets get real

  • @guitarguylespaul6 Because it's true :))

  • dude back then the didint have huge tvs right above the stage so the ppl in the was back the coukding see anything lol

  • they did have huge tvs back then.

I know for a fact that they were used in the 1979 Knebworth festival and Led Zeppelin used them in 1975 at Earles Court

  • I hate concerts where you coukding see anything too....

  • God bless Ian Stewart.

  • This was a great tour and Let's Spend the Night Together beats subsequent concert movies. It's just the band - rocking - and some great camera work.

  • Mick is rockin on some good blow its obvious.

    Cheers

  • One of the ALL TIME great concerts.

Hal Ashby kicked ass with this.

Of course the Stones also. HAAAAA

  • 今聴くと

    あんま大した事ねえな

  • I had this consert on VCR, Swedish television showed it for about 20years ago but I´ve lost the tape!! What arena are they playing on here?

  • rate me 1-10

    xD too fun !! 0D

  • 1981 Tattoo You Tour, I saw them at the Meadowlands Arena (fka Brendan Byrne Arena), and this was my first ever concert. My brother took me and I had 2nd row! Unforgettable! I was 12.

  • The 1st time I saw the STONES was on this tour, in SYRACUSE. I was 16, and they rocked a 2 night show, I was at both! To see them "live" for the first time, was an experience I'll never forget! This concert film/movie was a great way for them to market and capture this tour. 1981 may be gone, but it still lives because of THEM!

  • ..."don't worrying about whats on your mind" I like that line, hopefully it will bring me some good luck!!!!

  • Bill Wyman Is a Scorpio

  • that's not coke bud, that's adrenaline... if you've ever been on stage, you know, apparently not.

  • @Thriller94 hahahahahahahaha. idiot

  • soooo! !!THE MUSIC IS GOOD

  • Fookkin great
