@sylexus44 I think you have it mixed up with another game. You can continue indefinitely if you just write down the codes. I was able to beat this and the 2nd one. Simpsons: Bart vs. the Space Mutants for Genesis was seriously the most insane game I have ever attempted playing haha. Or Double Dragon 3 for nintendo. 0 continues!

I just recently got a Turbo grafx 16......boy I would've been way more into this than the Genesis or snes. the Hucards alone are just cool and you could store them in a collector card album hehe

@midinerd Tsukasa Masuko, the former music composer to the Megaten games over at Atlus composed the music to this game. It was one of his first games. Basically, Tsukasa Masuko's music to the Megaten series is better than the music done currently by Shoji Meguro.

My friend and I beat this game one day perfectly with no deaths. I was the "Knome" and I had so many agility power ups at the end of the game I could outrun my own projectiles.

god this game was awesome I actually played it with the turbo tap and my friends

there was a bard nobody wanted to use and the Easter egg was they didn't tell you that he would transform into a warlock when you did some quest with it .

it might seem like nothing now but back then it was a big surprise when you got stuck playing as the bard and then wham all of a sudden you do a quest and your the warlock . there was a quest to let you play as the princess also which was very cool back then.

I'd say try to stick with it if you like these retro games. YEs it's kind of tough and it gets tougher. Later on you can pick up the Valkyrie class IIRC, and they're pretty powerful.

this game is SWEET because its like an action RPG CO-OP sorta phantasy star online like, but at the same time it has a touch of final fantasy with the different jobs (warrior, thief, ect.) not only that but you can play with up to 5 people at the same time! im going to download this game on my wii. :D

I have it for the Wii. I've beat it with the secret ending where you say "I get the girls, speedy cars, booze." I want to beat it again, but I'd like to use the cheat DEBDE DEBDA and I want to know how to enter it. Any suggestions?

type in the code and press a (accept code) while holding run (start). it will say invalid password. then hit b (back) while holding run and when you select your character you will be at max level, have maxed stats and have 535 hp. when you run out it will start at 999 again.

In my opinion, this game was much better than Gauntlet. I still have it for the Turbo Grafx-16, and haven't played it since the day my brother, his wife, and our 2 friends completed it. That's the way we keep good memories for a awesome game.

Theres a new game out for the DS called "Dungeon Explorer DS". Looks REALLY good, with wi-fi to! Hope the multiplayer is good..
