@Blackcrisis00 No this It's under Filter>Render>lighting effects. i dont have any packages installed. only brushes.

@duckitty so you mean there are some option for the brushes that can be added? I mean at your video 5:45 when you opened the option for your lightning effect; because mine has only basics, like circles for the hard stroke brush and the other is the soft stroke brush. thanks man, i appriciate.

@Blackcrisis00 yeah those are brushes i added to my brush preset. the menu i opened up i opened by right clicking. if your brushes arent showing up like mine its probably just cause your viewing setting are different than mine. you can change it by clicking the little arrow at the top right of the little menu opened. i forget where exactly it is in that menu that opens just cause i set it a long time ago and left it but i'll find out for you and get back to you

@barekantspel789 I right click on my canvas/image and the menu should pop up it works on both PCs and Macs. If it doesn't work then there is something going on with the settings I'm not entirely sure what though.

@kingstomman its kool we all start somewhere. for the ball itself i just used the round brush, to give it shape i used the smudge tool, for the lightning i used a set of lightning brushes i downloaded from brusheezy . com. and for the lights coming off of it i used a brush i made myself i can email it to you just send me a message in my inbox with your email and i will send it to you. hope this helps and good luck with your own projects.
