I tried to make this today without a mixer but it didn't turn out like hers:( It was enjoyed anyway even though it didn't really qualify as focaccia bread:P
Hi I tried the recipe without garlic and it wasn't vry fragrant do u have any suggestion of spices instead of garlic? Becos my fren is a vegetarian who don't eat garlic and onion and I want to let her try this so If there is any other replacement that u could tell me it would be great!:D
This looks easy enough, but couldn't you put your rosemary, or garlic (chopped) or onions or even olives in the dough before the first rising to more evenly distribute those added flavors? I don't bake bread, that's why I'm asking.
I love all your videos they're amazing!! I am so excited to try this out but i was also wondering if you have a recipe for just a plain loaf of italian bread? if you do, please make a video!! i've tried to many of your recipes and they are all great! thanks
I make this all the time but I never have rosemary so I always just chop black olives

@JVL8701 let it puff up by putting it over the oven or somewhere hot thats how it activates (30 mins or so ) it has to be somewhere warm to puff up

Is that a Christmas-themed spatula? I have a similar spatula that I use when I make bread...snowman is on it.

@cherie88cc92 You can put all kinds of stuff on there. My favorite is black olives and parmesan cheese.
