This is awesome! I hate on waiting. This is a good concept basically noodles either get over cooked if they're not served right away if sitting on hot soup. One of these I will travel to Japan and try every different ramen bowls!

This is a GREAT concept. Most of the time im alone (like right after work) and im hungry but I feel akward to go in a ramen or noodle restaurant alone, especially when its packed.

You choose what you want to order and pay via the machine. Thats a typical system in Japan at some places; Then he presents the ticket at the window and they fill the Ramen order. He seems to customize toppings etc. Looked like good ramen!
