Great film. Great great film. Nobody ever portrays war like this. I used to play war as a kid, not knowing that I would be in the military some day, doing the thing I was almost mocking. I still laugh at myself for doing it. Keep up the good work.

@ShaustyProductions It's just a yellow rectangle key framed into 3D space using Adobe After Effects. I then masked where necessary and added motion blur

@infantryfilms2nd The Lee Enfield is a British rifle. The Thompson was used by the British in North Africa but more commonly had the drum magazine.

@fearlessfreakarc no nesesarily, the brits in the desert removed drum mags because they couldnt sneak up on enemy positions with them as the rounds in the drum shifted and made noise, so the 30 round clip was adopted

@dierenfreak10 With the ending in mind, you have to understand that the weapons and uniforms throughout the film exist only in the minds of the characters.

Therefore, any historical accuracy is simply because the characters don't have a historical knowledge of WW2 or firearms. Which is quite acceptable given who they are...
