I've seen these as a special feature on the Toy Story 2 deluxe edition. They are called "Ponkikies" at least I think that's how they're spelled. Some specially made shorts for Japanese children's TV. Some similar shorts were also done using Sully, MIke Wazowski and Boo from Monsters Inc.
