PES Supercharger on Audi A4 (Drive By)

Looks cool I was just quoted 3400 for the entire kit by a pes rep. I have a 2001 Audi a4 30 v v6 manual transmission my boss drives a 2010 Audi a6 I want to beat the snot out of his car! Hehehe! I'm gonna do a engine rebuild first.

You could just get an S4 and maybe supercharge it or something. I'm pretty sure my friend raced a hemi (in my car) and won.

when u got urs, did you do any pully work or anything like that or do u just pretty much have exhaust intake and sc?

Hey, not sure who you are on AZ, but before all I had was the exhaust. Then I added the supercharger, nothing else.

Because im prob gonna do an engine build then get G3 then custom programming and pray it does not blow

Yeah, I used their programming. They also had an update which made things worse. I think their software is the problem.

What issues did you have with your supercharger? I'm thinking of getting one but i hear people have had problems.

The car never ran right, even after a software update (which made things worse). The big thing was that my engine blew up. I'd stay away from it.

Hmm my fiance has a tip 3.0 quattro, also. Did you have to modify anything to run it? I found a few pes g3's for cheap so I was considering it.

There have been a few people that blew their engines.

Mainly because the programming that comes with the super is very bad.

Also really recommend an engine build

I don't have any official times so I would say between 6-7 seconds.

Don't know. It turns out my car had some problems. I think it should have brought it down to 5-6. I took it off.

thats pretty good. with the awe chip for tiptronic should be even less.

You can't do a chip and the s/c since it has it's own software. It's one or the other. It was fun while it lasted :-(

I noticed you had your A4 3.0 up here before with the thermal exhaust- did you just add the PES G3 s/c? How dramatic was the power increase? I am thinking of gettign it for my 3.0 and was wondering what its like? yours sounds awesome!

Yeah I just got it put on last month. It's so great, the car should have came this way. There's always power when you need it. The only thing is I wish I had 6 gears- 5 isn't enough lol.
