Oh ok. I kinda see what you mean but even when I try to launch at a lower rpm my opponent still seems to catch me and pass me. My start is great but my gears seem to allow them to catch me@

@trump407 there is a wide range that will give a great start. generally most will be at the tip of red line. its high enough on the power curve for a quick launch yet just far enough from over rev to give you enough cushion for a shift. if you find your reaction is slow you could launch a bit lower say 500-2000rpm, much lower then that will start to affect your over all time.

@DragRacingProTunes how do u know how to put the upgrades and when i put the final drive to 1.000 and i put 1st and 2nd gear closer i test it and the launch is soooo slow it cant pas 50 in less 1 or 2 seconds so can u help me?

It's As-Ton not Aus-tin Martin. Their is Austin Healey but they are junk compared to Astons. Anyway, nice video by the way.

also maybe some helpful information on 1/2 mile races.. i can never seem to find a good balance of top end and acceleration in this particular car.. i have found others that work well but i cant get this one under roughly 13.2 n e help from n e one in this regard would b greatly appreciated.. thanks

what r the upgrade in ur car and what is the average time u run in the 1/4 mile? my upgrades r (in order from left to right) 3,3,3,4,0,4 n my tune is totally unique and i run at best 8.919 1/4 mile im tryin to judge if that is good for this car at level 6.. also note that i do not use the 2nd gear starting technique.. i wont ask for a tune because i enjoy tryin to find a good balance but i merely wish to c how my ride stacks up to others of the same model n level
