When the foreign birth is registered, a birth announcement is placed in the Newspapers, just like any other birth, and they do NOT say where the birth occured. I used the term "Birth Certificate" very loosely at the end of the video, because this is what the average person would call this. You will note that I stated, these are "Certifications of Live Birth". I showed a genuine document which was issued in 2002, and compared it to what Obama posted. His is stamped in 2007. I never said the genuine one belonged to Obama. Why make an issue of the father being white on the genuine one-Do you think the form would be different because of the father's race?

How can they certify his copy if the original was destroyed? Last Oct, Hawaii said they had seen it,but, they could say what it said. Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The law allows an adult OR the parents to register the birth. Obama's grandmother could have done this. Obama could have been born anywhere in the world, and still have a Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii.

It indeed was a Catholic school, however the enrollment form listed Barry's religion as Islam, so even though this was a Roman Cathloic School, by law they could not teach him anything about Christianity. The case was dismissed for legal standing, not because the claims were wrong or because Obama and the DNC were correct. An appeal was filed in Supreme Court today. There are also 8 other cases around the country. The case was dismissed because the Judge claimed that we as citizens have no right to question Obama's qualifications. If we don't then who does? The Judge never said that Obama was a citizen. Still, if the document was re-issued in 2008, chances are there could be slight discrepancies between a 2002 and 2008 document, such as borders, etc.
Also, while it is quite logical that an original 1961 document would most likely say "Nego," without seeing an original to compare, it's not as strong an argument as it could be.
While the "certificate" they are showing for Obama may or may not be a forgery, you might want to find a more compatible birth certificate for comparison, rather than one that is almost 30 years older. Find one from August 1961 with a Kenyan (or other African) parent, and we'll have a better idea about what a real certificate looked like at that time.
It is not 30 years older. It was issued in 2002. How could it be 30 years older? Hawaii became a state in 1959. Obama's father's race should have been enough of a clue for you. When the foreign birth is registered, a birth announcement is placed in the Newspapers, just like any other birth, and they do NOT say where the birth occured. I used the term "Birth Certificate" very loosely at the end of the video, because this is what the average person would call this. You will note that I stated, these are "Certifications of Live Birth". I showed a genuine document which was issued in 2002, and compared it to what Obama posted. His is stamped in 2007. It is also important to know that the State of Hawaii has never verified that the document Obama posted online, was issued by them, and they have never stated that his document is genuine. The Constitution requires that the President be a "Natural Born Citizen", meaning one born, within the United States, to US Citizen parents. Having only one citizen parent will not suffice-that is the law. Obama citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948, because his father was British citizen. A natural born citizen, would only be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, and the State in which he was born, but, never to a foreign nation.

Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The law allows an adult OR the parents to register the birth. Obama's grandmother could have done this. Obama could have been born anywhere in the world, and still have a Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii.

British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth. Obama's father was a citizen of the UK, at the time of his birth, so this made him a citizen under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, and therefore he was NOT a natural born US citizen.

That is what natural born means. By nature he would be only a US citizen, because both of his parents are US citizens, and NO OTHER NATION, can by law claim him to be under their jurisdiction, at the moment of his birth. He was just creating false hope, and wasting time and money, and I must admit, I fell for this too. It's not just one crackpot lawyer. Even former Ambassador Alan Keyes has a lawsuit requesting Obama's original brith certificate be examined.
The FBI does NOT investigate the candidates. i don't know wher eyou got that from. It is up to the electors to chaeck that out and the regular practice is to assume they are unless there is a challenge. There are multiple challenges about Obama. McCain went though it. Why not Obama?

Well, I guess you thought wrong. It indeed was a Catholic school, however the enrollment form listed Barry's religion as Islam, so even though this was a Roman Cathloic School, by law they could not teach him anything about Christianity. The only religion which is allowed to covert others to it's own faith in Indonesia is Islam. All others face jail time. By law this Catholic school had to instruct him about Islam.

obama was born in 1961 in hawaii, two years after hawaii recieved statehood (which was in 1959). the citizenship status of his parents in this case is irrelevant, considering that he was born on american soil (hawaii). If you are born in the usa, you are AUTOMATICALLY considered a "natural-born" us citizen, regardless of the citizenship of your parents. And yes, that means even children of illegal aliens are "natural-born" us citizens as well, as long as the birth took place within us borders.

Yes, that would be true, if Obama was born in Hawaii, however, at this point we have no concrete proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. Obama refuses to release his original Birth Certificate. 4 & 5- A Certification of Live Birth is NOT a Birth Certificate. The State of Hawaii did NOT confirm that it is authentic. In the most recent press release from Hawaii, all that was confirmed is that they have Obama's original Birth Certificate on file. They did not say it was a Hawaiian Birth Certificate.

In an article on Politifact dated June 27th, at first we read - Its a valid Hawaii state birth certificate, spokesman Janice Okubo told us. But then further down the page Okubo stated I dont know that its possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents. You cannot validate a document by looking at a photo or a Jpeg. Obama refuses to show his Birth Certificate to the public or to the Court.

the chronology of the whole thing doesn't make sense. it is concrete proof that barack sr. and ann dunham married in Maui, Hawaii on feb.2.1961. already three months pregnant with barack, why would she all of a sudden leave Hawaii? Do you know how far Kenya is from Hawaii? They are about as far as two places on the globe can be! Doesnt it make more sense for her to stay in Hawaii and wait until the baby is born, THEN do any globe-trotting that she might have done?

Yes, there are many things that don't add up. His mother is said to have visited a friend from high school, in Seattle, Washington, when Barry was 3 weeks old. Her friend had to show her how to change his diaper. What mother can't do this after 3 weeks? Also, a Memorial service was held for Obama's Grandmother yesterday.About 150 friends showeed up. No family members bothered to attend. We must see his original 1961 Birth Certificate.

Obama's mother was too young to pass citizenship on to him. The immigration law at the time said that she must have lived in the USA for 10 years and 5 of those years had to be after the age of 14. 14+5=19. She was only 18 when he was born. Obama is NOT a US citizen. If he is, he would not have refused to show his original Birth Certificate in Court. You voted an illegal alien into the Whitehouse.

Yes he could, be he will not do it. He refused to produce it in a Federal Court case, and again when the case was appealed. He is hiding something. The only option I see at this point is uphold the Constitution and vote for McCain. If he will not prove he is a natural born citizen, he must not be able to.

I really would like to see a comparison of a birth certificate from the same area of Hawaii, dated from 1961 (IN NY STATE DEPENDING ON WHEN AND WHERE YOU REQUEST THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IT WILL LOOK DIFFERENT)AND POSSIBLE THE SEAL WAS NOT PRESENT BEFORE? Acoording to this video you we have no idea where he is a citizen (because he says USA, then the video claims Indonesia and Kenya)...if he is not a US citizen how come the RNC, DNC, FBI, CIA etc have not been able to determine the truth.

The case was dismissed for legal standing, not because the claims were wrong or because Obama and the DNC were correct. Obama asked for a dismissal rather than provide his Birth Certificate and he also asked for a protective order satating it would be an annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, or undue burden or expense to produce the documents. That's four foolish reasons right there. Why? What is it he is hiding? This is honest open government he promised on election night?

Actually Obama admitted to "bumming a smoke" on the campaign trail during stressful times. I'm a smoker who hates Obama. But I understand that the pic was given to put him in a dark light. An appeal was filed in Supreme Court today. There are also 8 other cases around the country. The case was dismissed because the Judge claimed that we as citizens have no right to question Obama's qualifications. If we don't then who does? The Judge never said that Obama was a citizen. It is our duty to uphold the Constitution. If Obama offers no proof, then it is our duty to vote against him. A vote for Obama is a vote to dissolve our nation. Is that the change you want?

Part 2: Also on my Certificate of Live Birth is a handwritten signature by the Director of the Public Health Department. My actual Birth Certificate from 1961 again is in black and white with all the information hand typed on a typewriter. The hospital administrator signed it live in blue ink. My mother's right index fingerprint is on the bottom right corner. There's a gold raised seal on the bottom left corner. On the back of the gold seal are my mom's and doctor's names stamped by hand.

The technology contained in Obama's Certificate of Live Birth wasn't available in 1961. I was born a month before Obama in July of 1961. My Certificate of Live Birth is a 6" by 4" document in black and white print. The paper stock is quite thick. All the information on it was hand typed on a typewriter. There are three live handwritten signatures on it by my mother and two doctors. There's a raised seal on the bottom left corner. There's a date stamp on the bottom right corner. Obama's is a fake

The Registrar cleared up the "race" of the father issue in a formal interview...stating that in Hawaii, that has a huge "multi-cultural" population, the officials are instructed to "ask each parent" what "race" do they "identify" as, and whatever the parent replies, they must put.
They are not allowed to "discern" or use what most people might say. They must put what the parent says.
Africans even today don't call themselves "Negro" when ask...they say "African".

There are now lawsuits filed in 9 states. California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington. Even if we loose them all, the fact remains that Obama flatly refuses to produce his birth records in a Court, where they can be examined by experts. Instead, he has just posted "images" of a Certification of Live Birth on websites. This is NOT a Birth Certificate, which would say what hospital he was born at, who the doctor was, etc. Why? What is he hiding?

That is correct. Also Obama was still traveling with that Indonesian passport in 1981, when he went to Pakistan and stayed there an entire month, while Pakistan was off limits to US Citizens. His mother was also working there at the time. They could stay because they were both Citizens of Indonesia. Obama has never taken an oath of Allegence to the US, so he isn't even a naturalized citizen, and shouldn't even be a Senator.

Still, if the document was re-issued in 2008, chances are there could be slight discrepancies between a 2002 and 2008 document, such as borders, etc.
Also, while it is quite logical that an original 1961 document would most likely say "Nego," without seeing an original to compare, it's not as strong an argument as it could be.

While the "certificate" they are showing for Obama may or may not be a forgery, you might want to find a more compatible birth certificate for comparison, rather than one that is almost 30 years older. Find one from August 1961 with a Kenyan (or other African) parent, and we'll have a better idea about what a real certificate looked like at that time.

It is not 30 years older. It was issued in 2002. How could it be 30 years older? Hawaii became a state in 1959. Obama's father's race should have been enough of a clue for you. If they changed the wording to be politically correct, as some people try to claim, then they could not certify this as a true copy now could they? We need to see the original, and Obama refuses to release it. There are now 4 lawsuits pending. He is not a citizen of the US.

Yes, and that is all I hear from the Democrats is that McCain was born in Panama. When McCain was questioned he produced his Birth Certificate and Medical records, and said if you need anything else, let me know. Not only Obama himself, but the DNC is also part and parcel with him in this. They are being jointly represented in the Berg case. The DNC is unwilling to state that they veted Obama. Why? Because, they never checked his qualifications.
