I liked your demonstration. It would be interesting to see some kind of diagram of how surfactants work. You need a real title for this so your viewers know what to expect. The assignment required all images to be your original work. The NASA picture was not original and it didn't depict the hydrogen bonds you talked about in the last couple of sentences, so I don't know why you included it. Your paragraph could have included a more detailed summary with a little more science information.
