  • This could have been handled so differently and would have ended so much sooner if handled correctly.

  • jeesh he's really gone crazy!!!

I would have asked the other horses to get out of the arena...

  • Goodness guys calm down its just a video. No need to attack anyone! ;)

  • @nacomagenic

Actually, the horse wouldn't have colliced that fast.

I own a horse and care for twenty three. The horse would have colliced if he just stood there, but he was walked out and cooled down.

  • @lexiieconroy im sorry no the horse they pulled down near the end they roped him kept him down for 5 mins after he was galloping at top speed for 5 mins

  • @nacomagenic No, they roped the cart, not the horse ;) look closely and you'll see

  • This incident was on Untamed & Uncut.

  • trying to grab the horse is making it worse u idiots

  • actually... watching this again... I can't say they started to handle the situation well at the end.... just better than they had been! hell anythings better jumping in front of a loose horse on the rail

  • you know they did start handling the situation well at the end... it just took five minutes too long. Scary how that video feels like half and hour when really it was only six and a half minutes. This stuff happens so so fast, and incompetent people (often by no fault of their own) just don't have the experience to react properly in time. Does anyone know what the aftermath was? Anyhow, I think I'll pick saddles over carts from now on!

  • people r so stupid poor horses

  • how stupid can you get ?

  • guys. these people are NOT idiots. They are trying to stop the horses from further injuries. I have worked with many arabs and saddlebreds, and they are very hot and reactive horses. plus, it doesnt help that the first horse that took off had a loose strap causing him to have a heart attack. I also have driven and there are A LOT of srtaps to account for, and it is confusing if you have only done it a few times. Now, think again about the conditions, and comment correctly, and not like idiots

  • Yikes... I show American Saddlebreds, and I know that the people in our local shows are way smarter than these folks. x.x But then again, I can't blame them. They are trying their best to stop the chaos from getting worse and attempting to protect everyone. Disaster indeed.

  • oh my god. you dont run in front of or after a bolting horse with things on it like that. let it calm down, they really didnt think this through. -_-

  • STOP SHOWING HORSES PEOPLE

  • @ILoveIslamInCanada That's not the problem, the problem is letting idiots run the damn shows. Like, any competant horse person would not jump in front of a running horse, or actually run after one that is frightened. Fools these people are!

  • @KissableCoosa

anything involved with money and horses only leads to trouble

  • @ILoveIslamInCanada if you think, than your the only idiot in this situation

  • @ILoveIslamInCanada Ah, but that is not true. It costs money to do anything with horses, so that just means that horses would be trouble, which is also not true.

  • @KissableCoosa

wow, thats some brilliant logic. its kind of GIVEN that it costs money to CARE for a horse-i thought youd know that. anytime there is ANY incentive to be cruel to a horse (money, ribbons....etc...) the horse always comes out on the losing end no matter how many stupid bimbos think otherwise

  • @ILoveIslamInCanada Wow, ignorant.. Sometimes people like to do something for fun. Like, if you ever see a horse that absolutely LOVES its job, most of the time it actually includes showing. Take the magnificant Hickstead, he LOVED the roar of the crowd when he was showing. You aren't going to get that at the comfort of your own arena, are you?

  • @KissableCoosa

lol, people trying to pretend they "know the horse loves its job", why, was his tail up all the time? or was that because some idiot showman stuck ginger up his ass

  • @ILoveIslamInCanada That is the Saddlebred breed. It is natural for a Saddlebred's tail to go up at a pace faster than a walk.

  • @KissableCoosa

regardless of breed, there are plenty of tricks people use just to win at shows...dont try to rationalize it

  • @ILoveIslamInCanada Ah, but there is rational behind it. My saddlebred sticks her tail up high and I sure as hell don't put anything up her ass. Heck, my PAINT sticks her tail up when she's scared.

  • mit ihrem geschrei stacheln die das pferd nur noch mehr an, hat da überhaupt jemand ne ahnung von pferden? man stellt sich doch keinem galoppierenden pferd in den weg. ein haufen voller idioten...

  • Wow, crazy wreck. i really needed to see that last horse get up! When where was this? Is it Region 9?

  • First off I would unhitch my horse from the cart just incase the horse running around came towards my horse and hit the cart it would set my horse off most likely and then try my best to keep my horse call and out of the way

  • What would i do? the description asks?

get everyone to the middle as soon as the first horse got loose, Horses run to the outside looking for an exit when they are scared/in panic like that. Let the hors run itself out, dont chase it

  • @SwiftDusty1 I agree. They should have also unhitched the other horses while this was happening. Did you see the woman that didn't get out of the cart. What a Riot. This was a complete disaster. Except for the very ending. For the most part this was handled correctly. Best you can do in these situations is let the horse run himself out.

  • can't decide if these are hackneys or tennessee walking horses, thinking tennessee walking horses because its america, definitely don't think these are arabians.

  • @Animania1995 They are Arabian horses. More on the Egyptian side

  • @Animania1995 if you dont think these are arabs, than your an idiot. TWH are butt ugly and hackney's dont have as fine of heads, or as fancy of movements

  • I understand the situation could of been handled much better, but they probably wernt prepared

  • these are no IDIOTS!? there was a swarm of bees that stung the horse causing panick! the people didnt use their idiot mind to attract bees to reuin everything

  • did that horse die??

  • @texy127 non of the horses were seriously hurt

  • @1002Lollipop how do you know..

  • @21starsnrockets it was on a show, they were interviewing the man in the horse cart that first freaked out, he said bees were everywhere

  • @texy127 of course not, he was most likely just tired, and sore from pulling the cart every where. so he just collapsed from fatigue

  • That was so badly dealt with! >.<

  • Hence the reason why i teach all my horses voice commands, i know sometimes they arnt very strong in this type of situation but maybe. I would have freaked i bet until i composed myself. wouldn't have taken long but I would have had everyone get in the middle, have them remove carts and remove the other horses from the ring. it also doesnt help that more than a dozen guys are chasing the horses and making things worse...

  • when the first one went crazy, everyone should've got to the middle, taken the carts off and all the horses should've been removed from the area: as well as people. horses get tired and inquisitve when they are suddenly stranded and on their own therefore it would've stopped running...

  • Those horses are gorgeous!.....except when they are running around uncontrollably

  • There is nothing you really can do when something like this happens, the same thing happened to us at a show in Shelbyville TN but I got my horse out before anything happened to him.

  • @Misscountrycharm lol pat parelli abused one of his horses DURING a demonstration. yeah. THATS the kind of "horsemanship" people should be following.

  • @Misscountrycharm yeah, no. the only reason these horses were running was because they are hot bred. they are meant to have energy, and not be dead-heads like qh's

  • when the first horse got crazy they should emediatly had every1 go to center and unharness their horses and opend a gate in hopes the loose horse wud have run in, hope no one or any horses were seriously hurt

  • @21starsnrockets, Monkerman01 is right. It said so on I think...I don't remember but the show is on true tv in the usa.

  • doesnt chasing the horse around like that just get it more excited?

  • But then,Why animals have to pay for the stupidity of foolish humans?

  • wow thats all i can say...since when has running at a frightened horse that has a cart banging around behind it ever a good idea and all the yelling...come on people!

  • If he just made a small circle in the first place, he wouldn't have ran into that other cart -.-

  • this is the funniest horse video ive ever seen! Horses are fearless, i love them so much!

  • @herefordmsv not all horse sports are cruel. everything else you said is spot in however x

  • never seen so many idiots in my life.

  • @VivaLaEquine

    What would you do?

  • @VivaLaEquine look in the mirror and you'll find one right away! :P

  • what a bunch of idiots my god.

  • that poor horse!!

  • fucking dumb people stop fucking screaming

  • you know they should at least got the horses OUT in the first place then the second horse wouldn't have gone in rampage as well. and let the horse run and every kept quiet the horse would have calmed down and they would had an easier time catching the horse. and ppl NOT trying to catch it while it's running in a rampage. -_- seriously calm and easy manner would catch u that horse with less stress.

  • im sure running around, shouting, and screaming didnt help...

  • I honestly never knew people were this stupid. Glad some PEOPLE got run over. Fucking morons.

  • The real problem is the man driving the first runaway horse.................... if he had proper control NOTHING WOULD have happened

  • @DelphiDontBothaMe no shit.. but when a 1200lb horse wants to run, you can really do anything about that.

  • @DelphiDontBothaMe if you'd bother to read other comments, you would know that there was a hoard of bees. and if you knew anything about horses, you would know that they weigh just a tad more than we do, and arabs are both sensitive and reactive

  • Since my youngest horse was a colt, I have never made a big deal about him getting out of his pen, getting untied from the trailer at a rodeo, or any other situation like that. Now when he gets loose, he never runs or tries to get away from me and I can walk up to him calmly to "catch" him. This disaster was completely avoidable and should have been thought out a hell of a lot more than it was.

  • @kayleebea what breed is your colt? and most arabs that are driven will be in "black out" stalls, so they stay alert and responsive in the ring, which is why the first one took off at the beginning

  • The woman who stayed in her seat with the horse that gets run into at 1:58 is paralyzed and that why she couldn't get out and why she was on the ground for so long. Just letting anyone who was wondering know.

  • @Monkerman01 well she was a fucking moron for staying in her cart.. everyone else had gotten out, what the fuck was she thinking?

  • @21starsnrockets do you not underatand what "paralyzed" means? it means they can control their own body movements

  • @1nikomi my argument is that she ISNT paralyzed, moron. dont butt your way into arguments that you have nothing to do with without reading everything first. it makes you sound more stupid than you already are.

  • @21starsnrockets Trust me, I am no idiot. And if you cant look up your gacts to know that she in fact WAS paralyzed. As in, paralyzed before any of this happened. Don't be more stupid than you already are! ;)

  • @1nikomi *facts

  • @1nikomi What exactly are "gacts", fatty? ;) Lol why would I assume or even consider that she's paralyzed? What "gacts" do I have to look up? Are these "gacts" published anywhere other than your fat, delusional head? Find another hobby, little girl. Maybe running, or something?

  • @21starsnrockets what the fuck is you're problem? I do tet, horse riding and track, so you have no reason to fucking call me fat you dumbass. And if you'd realized, i corrested myself, which is saying more than you can say. Go waste your fucking energy and go away from the computer. In other words, go lose some weight fatass

  • @1nikomi lol wow, you start a lot of fights on youtube, dont you? How embarrassing. By the way, for future reference, its not really clever if you just steal all of my insults and use them yourself :/ ive seen your videos sweetie. You really should take my advice. And maybe proofread a little more lmao. You're not helping your case at all <3

  • @21starsnrockets Ya know what? acually, i take that back, you dont know anything. :P all of my video's are really old, and hlf of thtem aren't even me riding! And no, I do not start fights, idiot just make remarks that than need to be seriously corrected. LmFaO! You really are the Idiot. How sad.... haha, copied you again? Well, no. I haven't really used any of your insults, so educate yourself before you comment back. Please.

  • @21starsnrockets Also, you are probably one of those acual fatasses that sit behind the computer, as you are too scared to post video's of yourself. you're prob. also a fraud

  • @Monkerman01 actually, looking at it again, thats a complete lie lol. nothing even happened to her, she barely came out of her cart. stop making stuff up.

  • @21starsnrockets She couldn't get out. She was paralyzed before this event.

  • Honestly, accidents happen. Could it have been handled better? Most certainly, but bitching about everyone really isn't going to change the situation now is it?

  • What would I do? How about anything BUT what these idiots did, including running at a horse while waving your arms, keeping white flapping things strapped to my belt, and bringing herd animals into the middle of a ring to attract their panicked member with a gig flying along behind it.

  • Ooo lets chase the horse around and scare it even more!!!

  • MAKE ME SICK....

  • typical show horses and people, all show and no brain

  • another video proving some people shouldnt own horses the guy with the first horse that was uncontrolable should not have been driving y didnt he pull him into the wall when he locked his head and jaw cant stop one when they do that but u can turn one

  • Everyone one of these morons should be forbidden from ever owning a horse again. The combined IQ of the people in that ring must be about 15. How could these people have survived around horses for more than 5 minutes with this little sense. What a preventable travesty!

  • They should not have tried to catch the horse like that. Sorry it is completely wrong! In a situation like this you stay calm you get hurt you got hurt cuz it's your fault!

  • these horses dont look scared, there lightly cantering, and there very fancy lol

  • That's probably the most unfortunate thing that could happen on an event like that. EVER.

  • Comment removed

  • Oh my!

  • they needed to chill the fuck down and let the horse do its thing insted of screaming like fucking idiots. chasing the horse will freak it out even more. the stupid people here were never planned for something like this, it doesn't look like the people around were very experienced with horses either. the crowd need to shut the fuck up to, the woman is clearly telling the to shut the fuck up. the horse was obviously alive by how hard it was breathing. some people shouldn't have horses, like these

  • What happened to the poor thing at the end? Did he/she ever get up?

  • This has happened at my horse riding class, a girl falled from the horse and then he just got too excited and start runing all over the place.Whe were able to put him into a circle of other horses.I was in one of those and the crazy horse was always following us. I ended up stoping in his front then the teacher calm him down xD

    I only have 10 classes

  • they should have got the horses all out the ring strait away common sence this is madness !

  • that is bulllshit u are going to get that horse to collic u dumb ass fuckers never lay a horse down like that or keep it down see how it was breathing u should have got it up troted it in hand and and then walk to calm and cool it down dont know if this was ur horse or something or even if u had one these horses but sorry for saaying u i mean the people who were doing this

  • @nacomagenic They held the horse down until they had a halter on him as if you were to go back and look at the video right before the horse fell down, he had no bridle on him. Thus the need to keep him/her on the ground until they had the horse under control

  • @georgegreasley oh i never saw that but they could have just held its head got it right back up they traumatized it's not gonna move if u knock it over get it baqck up and put a halter on

  • @nacomagenic they also had to check for injuries, as the horse could've broken a hip from the cart, and could've not ever got up

  • @georgegreasley Also when a horse in harness with or with out cart attached goes down it is a standard procedure to hold it down until the harness and cart are removed or at least loosened or cut off to prevent the horse from tangling in the straps etc and causing the horse to panic more or cause more injury to itself.

  • his not a bad horse at all he was scared nervous full of anxiety this is not the horses fault at all thiswas all on the humans

  • @max01zoe08 it was no ones falt, dumbass

  • @1nikomi k ur the dumbass going thru all the comments and commenting back like really what the hell is wrong with u like com on do u not have anything better to do ten sit behind ur computer screen and B%$#H at people u dont even know

  • @nacomagenic Really? that was the most pathetic comback i have ever seen. You are the one who is ripping on the acual video, and I am the one who is being the smart one. ya know, since I know how do drive, and have seen this kind of situations before? before you comment again, go look in the mirror and figure out the the person you are staring at, is a dumbass.

  • @1nikomi it doesnt matter if uve been through all this before ur still just some coward behind a computer screen being rude and obnoxious and it wasn't meant to be a comeback either it was the cold hard truth so before you start replying to this kiss my ass because i honestly don't care i know im more experienced then u and have my own pro horse so go ahead and have somemental comeback to this a don't care

  • @nacomagenic I am in no way a coward, as I'm protecting something I love. As in, Arabs and driving. And it is your opinion, and in no way a possiblity of being the "cold hard truth".And I can bitch at you if I want, because I wasn't even talking to you in the first place... Have a nice day, not that i care

  • @1nikomi ok then,i never said i hated them i just think that they could have got that horse up quicker because it could have colliced and then u started so ya u were kinda talking to me so don't say u werent and yes it was the truth....... and thx hope u had a good day 2

  • @nacomagenic Yeah, but not on this one. And no, a horse wouldn't have colliced that easily, even after being scared by the cart. And was being sarcastic, as in "i hope you die today" kind of sarcastic

  • @1nikomi well i actually have a heart and wasnt being sarcastic so i actually do hope u would have a nice day and chill out and yes a horse can look how hard its breathing it could have easily colliced

  • @nacomagenic Well, at least go learn your facts before you start defending an opinion that is completely wrong

  • @1nikomi it isnt and i have been around horses since i was born i think i would know

  • @nacomagenic Yeah, aand so have I. I do pony club, 4-h, and I will do WASHET next year. I have been on the eventing circuit and am starting the jumper circuit. So I think I would know

  • @1nikomi i have done jumping gaming and pretty much anything inbetween i do 4-h pony club to i dont know what washet is because i stopped english 3 years ago but i think thats fine im just saying that if a horse is galloping for 5 mins then is roped and forced down and isnt allowed to move for another 5 mins there is a high chance of collic

  • idiots....... every last one

  • what a awful horse! :S

  • ennyi farkincát egy rakáson!!!

  • That are super lovely horses. ^^

  • Anyone that thinks this happened because of it being a group of Arabs needs to checkout cutter races, rodeo chuckwagons or some parades gone wrong with quarter horses and drafts.

  • Comment removed

  • That frickin lady needs to shut up! Just cause she has the mic doesn't mean she can boss the people around! They're in panic and her yelling over them into the mic just stupid! ;

  • @funkeymonkey311 you are a fool. The announcer had the best view of everything happening and kept things from getting worse.

  • @quartrhoss1 I don't think things could get any worse!

  • @funkeymonkey311 yes, they could have. the announcer kept her cool and was directing people to where it was safe to get the other horses out and she tried like hell to keep people from chasing/panicking the runaways. If they had listened and just kept directing the runaways to the outside of the ring, they would eventually have just stopped. Instead their panic level was kept high by people chasing/grabbing at them.

  • this is so frickin sad! Driving tack is so expensive plus they could of been hurt! I mean, these aren't young, tough riders who jump and stuff, these are probably old grannies and grampas!

  • It pisses me off that the people had no idea (or a plan of) how to stop a horse if something went wrong.

The man who stood in front of the horse and got ran over is a complete idiot. As are the people who left the other horses attached to their carts or the discarded carts on the ground, when they were at risk of being hit by the 'rampaging' horse, as a number of them did. Shouting and squealing didn't help at all, either...

  • take it as they dont train the horses to stop when they get into trouble. or teach the people how to deal with these situations. seriously... the more people that jumped in front of that first horse the more paniced it got. i personally wouldve unhitched the other horses left the carriages there and got them out if possible then let the other horse run and get the roper...

  • This is why you dont bail from the cart

  • Ahhhh! so nice to streatch my neck from such forced unnatural position.

  • @stackmasters1 at least some of us english riders dont put 7 in curb bits on our horses

  • god just so much ignorance, its almost overwhelming.

  • Stupid us

  • Can anyone tell us if the 2nd horse survived , do you even care ? The first horse was limping out in pain ...... did he /she survive the injuries. If you post a video like this could you please let us know what happened to those beautiful creatures .... couldnt care less about the people who put them in that position. Hope the owners stop hunting ribbons and look after their horses.

  • Comment removed

  • @julie68au I think we should be more concerned with people! Do you even care? No 'person' intended to cause this! It's not fair to blame them when horses weigh tons more than them and you don't even know their personality enough to call them to slipshod of their horses!

  • dear peoeple in the stands you are not helping by scearming, please grow up. for the rest of the people youallhandled that horribly mostely at the end. nice job jackasses

  • Fucking idiots! Typical daft yanks

  • let evereyone shut their dramatic faces...

  • Every one in that arena who made this into a disaster do not deserve to be in the vicinity of horses, and that includes the wanker owners. Rick Gore has it right: The horses paid for the stupid people. Bollocks to every one of them

  • a great video explanation of everything wrong in this video was made by Rick Gore just type this in

Horse Pulling Cart Sport - A small problem made disastrous by Stupid Humans- Rick Gore Horsemanship

  • @39supers39 I just watched Rick's critique. This vid disgusted him. This is why I, for one, have no use for "park" classes. They yell and wave stuff from the stands to make the horse animated. Then they wonder why when something happens the horses freak. They're already wound up.

  • If I had to guess I would say the first horse was probably green and poorly trained, but I don't know the owner. It would have been wise to just let the horse run, tell the audience to stop SCREAMING, and unhitch the other horses. It would have been good to remove all the other horses too, but I can see where that would be hard to do in this situation. The other people trying to catch the horse(s) didn't help either. They should have stayed still unless they needed to redirect the loose horse.

  • WOW... thats all i can say... this is embarassing to me, how could people be THIS stupid? horse didnt do anything wrong but get a tore up mouth and a broken leg...

  • Apollostowel, there is no abuse going on...don't be a big puss. It's was f a freak accident that could have been prevented with prior training. No these people aren't the brightest chasing the horse around. Let's look at why the horse got loose. Lack of desensitization and manners. Owner/ trainer fault.

  • poor horse. these people are just... wow.. why cant they leave the horse alone?

  • If I was those horses I would have done the same thing!! SCREAMING at a horse to stop never helps the situation dont they teach you that your first lesson????????

  • All these people deserve to be kicked in the head.

Not a single person here did the right thing.

Soft, Quiet, Calm, Still - thats the atmosphere needed when something like this happens but instead we have these idiots, ignorant fucking arseholes running around scaring the horse, shouting and screaming and then at the end pinning the horse down.

Fuck fuck fuck I so wanted to see the brains of these idiots on this arena wall.

    Horse Sports are cruel

  • @herefordmsv yes, they did everything wrong, but the pinning down might have actually been a necessity to be able to take the harness off. You can see the horse beeing calm as they keep it down.

  • @herefordmsv Exactly. When my mothers get afraid of what horses can do, how they get scared into running mindlessly into dangerous situations, in 99% of cases it is all the fault of the handler/human who taught the horse to be afraid. In this case it started off with the horse kicking in pain cause the handler was pulling the reins too much. If he'd have let go and soothed the horse instead none of that would happen.

  • The only person who did anything right was the announcer. She had the right idea to just let the horse run and keep it to the outside. The people who where chasing it and trying to catch it only set him off more and made him run faster. A horse can't run forever, so if you just let it do it's thing, he'll calm down and stop eventually, on his own.

  • @Popsickle24680 I totally agree with you

  • Look how they scare the crap out of the horse at the end. What a bunch of stupid assholes. The horse world is just full of people who love their horses so much, that they have to abuse them daily. Abuse is just normal now, never the person's fault, because no one knows any better.

  • I've never seen so much freakin stupidity and lack of horsemanship in my life. O.O Speechless...

  • I love horses but I can't stop thinking that is a stupid one.

  • This video made me laugh historically. This is why I own and train QH. Amazing quote from (in my opinion) the greatest horse trainer in the world "its not that these horses are crazy, it's that they are under worked and over fed" I could not have said it better myself! Just for the record, all of my horses come to their name from across the pasture. I get crap happens, but those are disrespectful and untrusting horses (at no fault of their own) getting away (at a larger scale) with more disresp

  • guy at 1:03 in blue shirt almost got ran over and he wasn't even looking when a horse is running crazy. stupid people

  • @msbutterflychic12 lol that bit made me laugh too stupid man

  • this is literally the worst accident i have ever seen it scared the crap outta me when i clicked this vid i thought that maybe a horse would start galloping at the worst but not this

  • I have been in the horse business my whole life and drove carriages for a long time, and this video never ceases to scare the shit out of me.

  • horible accidents :( But i LOVE how the woman in the speakers are have her ''I do not give a shit'' voice on XD

  • UNBELIEVABLE !!

  • I would like to know.. If the horses are so calm and accustomed to the carts, why do they all run at any opertunity, regardless if they're scared or not, they don't wan't to stop at all. I see a lot of stupidity, and a lot of force involved in keeping them at a low pace.

  • Thank God there was a guy with a cowboy hat on!! :P

  • Stupid people dont yell and wave ur arms, thats gonna spook it more ! Just let it run and try to stay outta the way.

  • Does anyone know if the horse was hurt at the end ? Are all the horses okay ?

  • Here you can see how much those tenesse walking horses love to lope...not walking...their owners are lunatics.
