Although the officer was right about a city ordinance shown later in these blog comments, he didn't know it and did not professionally call to the number all police have access to for legal advice. @neumannhaus These ordinances are designed to violate rights. City ordinance are instructions from city gov to city employees and apply only to them. Ordinance isn't law. The Texas constitution clearly states that all laws are to be passed by the state legislature. To arrest you in violation of a city ordinace is aggravated kidnapping and prosecuting you for violation of city ordinance is committing a fraud upon the court. Is that clear enough for you? This Officer did an outstanding job of dealing with you vagrant's (every month apparently) and attempting to let you go with a polite warning. Most of these Officers (average human beings like you) want to meet with you, talk to you briefly about why they are there and then tell you to please stop doing what it is you're doing. And let's be CLEAR!This was a DECENT job by the officer and a good job by his super in part 3 to make the call to leave us alone and leave without incident. They should have never shown up in the 1st place,and the 911 operator should have told the 911 caller that there is NOTHING they can do in a free country about people yelling on bullhorns at traffic as they pass by. Does ANYONE want to live in a country where you can call 911 and have cops make people shut up? Do you?

I got arrested by APD two weeks after a guy drove me against my will in my taxi and they walked away with him in the drivers seat for a false 911 oh yeah there is more to the story but it is still very true. my real crime I offended an APD officer that decided to lie to a judge that issued an arrest warrant with an inconsistent police report.

The videos show that the police don't always know the laws they are called to enforce. This officer showed up because someone called 911 ( an emergency phone number meant to help save lives) to report a person yelling on a bullhorn, and we needed an hour, and other cops to show up to conclude that YES it is perfectly legal to use a bullhorn in Austin Texas USA.
