He hasn't lost his 'touch.' My record of Andrei Vladimirovich's Rach 3 (with Alexander Lazarev) is still my most treasured version. Kern, Ashkenazy, Hough, Argerich Berman and Janis's versions are good but hell, Gavrilov is superb!

That's so great. Next time I'll travel to Novosibirsk, to share those moments. The best pianist on the world, no question. But also a pretty good local Orchestra. Bravissimo from Germany :-)
