That's not a proper reload, you are supposed to rack it back with you're left hand, proper control of the weapon system at all times, keep your trigger hand on the pistol grip at all times, only thing I didn't like about this.

I love how he reloads the M16A4, its so badass. When i was in boot camp, we had the A2 model and we had 3 30round mags, 2 to practice with and 1 to qualify with. i scored expert on my qual then went onto Advanced Marksmanship after that. Got to shoot the Mk 12 Mod 0 SPR, M24 and Barrett M82A1. When i reloaded my M16A2, i just pulled the charging handle back rather than hit bolt release. I also remember my M16 jammed on me a couple times.
