  • bro , you need to eat more food. Like 4500 calories a day at least.

    Bulk Tip : 2 cups milk + 2 cups oatmeal + 2 scoops whey + 2 tablespoons of olive oil all in blender = start by doing 2x shakes and day in between regular meals and then up to 3x when you hit a gaining weight plateau.

    Trust me , you need at least 4500 cals a day wit your metabolism.
