For sure, the fish starts stinking from its head.

As one of the last new hired by EDS 2008, I had to live (work) for several months with all the miserable effects on the bottom line as an so called IT Specialist (Oracle DBA).

Goodness cannot exist where there exists which is bad !

Between Mark Hurt, where he had significantly proved that he is mere selfcentered & dull and all the many many managers, I have seen very less psychological intelligence. What do You expect from such company ???
