Why doesn't anyone use the regular Spinning Bird Kick? I was under the impression it could be combo'd. Surely it can be charged it up during a focus attack.

I uploaded some vids where she uses it in combos. Does great damage, breaks focus, takes about 5 minutes to charge up and another 10 minutes for startup.

How does Chun Li's foot stomp work this time around? She doesn't bounce off her opponent's head to the other side of the screen anymore. From what I can tell you have alot more control over where she lands.

actually there are some match ups that are impossible to over come such as Sean VS Yun

It depends on the skill-level of the one playing Yun. Only at the top/near the top will you see people playing characters well enough that bottom tiers can't win (which isn't too many people compared to the number that play these games). :P

Though, like I said - you're right more often than not with regards to top players using top characters bringing hopeless situations to bottom tiers...

To be honest, with Daigo I wouldn't know who would win. Daigo is practically psychic after all...

Wong on the other hand, I doubt he'd win...

But yeah, those are all players near/at the top. At lower levels (i.e. most people), I doubt it'd make much of a difference. It's just that some characters would have more options than others...

Tiers never become irrelevent. However in SF4 the tiers have become more balanced then previous games. Sagat isn't simply God-Tier but he's at an advantage.
