You dont put a 2400 in a budget pc, a 2100 is much cheaper and you'll hardly notice a difference in gaming with that gfx card. Better get a 2100 instead of the 2400 and a 6770 instead of a 5770. You'll get better performance in games for a lower price. And even better option for the cpu is a i3 550 and a hyper 212 cooler and do some overclocking, you'll get better gaming performance than the 2400 for a much lower price.

And the reason is that most games don't need 8 virtual cores, most games are still dual core and for those few games with 4 threads the HT on the 550 is enough to give about equal performance to the 2600k. to all: a good 400W PSU is sufficient even for HD6850. I have built computers with FSP 400PNF + G840 + HD6850. And they work without problems.
