An 8 year old boy just happens to be the ONLY survivor of a Baneling attack. Surely Richard should have figured out that something in this picture didn't add up.

Then again, the Keeper is pretty dumb himself, sending the Sisters of the Dark after Kahlan. It's not like they haven't tried that before. -_-

But if there's one thing that's been kind of iffy about show, and I put it down to the fact that it got cancelled, it's that when the characters face a problem which seems huge, rather than stretching that problem out into a big plot line which it seems it should be, the stars seem to align and the problem solves itself in such an easy way.

But again I blame the lack of episodes, not the writing...

What is the difference between the Sisters of the Dark and Light? They're both evil. Both want Richard dead so that makes them evil. The Prelate knew Nicci was evil all the time. She sent Richard to die in Perdition and held Kahlan prisoner. She even kidnapped a common girl, called her "The Creator" and sent her to kill Richard. The only good Sister of the Light is Verna because she helped Richard escape the Old World.

@orlandogirl213 The difference is that the Sisters of the Dark want EVERYONE dead. They want to end all of life, as the Sisters of the Light are just following prophecy. And if the Prelate knew that Nicci was evil the whole time, she wouldn't have just kept her around. The sisters of light may seem evil, but they are just trying to do the best thing for the land of the living. Wizards 2nd rule - the worst results can come from the best intentions.

@bibbsy123abc True there, but the sisters of the light just go blind and listen to every word that horrible Prelate says. She made up lies about Richard calling him a servant of the Keeper when she knows he's not. That wasn't prophecy. Wasn't it also prophecy that Richard would fail and help the Keeper? Richard defeated the keeper unlike the prophecy which said he'd fail. If the sisters had the best intentions, they would've left Richard alone instead of telling lies and getting in his way.

seriously they need to bring this show back here are the reasons:

1. most people who watched this loved the series immediately

2. the show is better than pretty much all the crappy reality shows on Tv

3. the sheer awesome storyline is second to none

4. there are so many untouched elements from the book this is based that they have not yet used... e.g darken rahl and nicci is still alive and the imperial order still poses threats to the midland
