My cat's name is Butters and I love my kitty to death. He seems more attached to my parents then he is to me, but it seems like when ever I study, meditate, do rituals, or spells, he's underneath me for the rest of the night. Like he can sense the energy. I don't know. It made just be me being silly, but it's something I notice all the time.

O their so cute my cat that is mine will sit outside of the circle and wait till Im done she is the sweet her kid on the other hand is a little familiar in the makeing but doesn't know when she is not sapose to enter my spell i was doing a finding spell and she steped in i iginored her and tried to focuse on my spell when she started playing with my pendulum

i need to check that book out. I just started learning about Wicca and I am very interested. Plus I love cats, Ive had five so far and I found all of them. I will be on a walk or something and a stay cat will just come up to me. I get em checked out at the vets (and put up some signs to make sure I am not stealing someones cat hehe) then I guess you could say I adopt them into my family. I'm getting a new kitten soon too. I had a cat, but we had to give her away then the person she was with lost her... She was so perfect. She slept on the end of my bed and helped keep the bugs away =] Bugs got into my room all the time and she would protect me in her playful way. Every night she would crawl over to me in my bed and demand petting. I loved her so much.. but I know she probably is no longer with us. She got away in kyote country. I still love her and always will

@ABroomandTheMoon Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry that Knox passed. Mine actually passed two weeks ago as well (as strange as that similarity is). I had to have him put to sleep due to his liver failing. As strange as it may sound it is slightly comforting to know someone who is going through the same thing as I am. Most people would say something like; "Get over it, he was just a cat," but he was my best friend. Many bright blessings to you, I hope the pain of this loss will ease soon for us both.

What beautiful familiars!!! I had a feline familiar as well. He recently passed. He was quite unique and the moment we found each other there was an instant bond. We found each other when i was a child, before i even was introduced to Wicca, and i believe it was fated that he would be my familiar.

I have two cats, one is my sister's his name is Boo.
And my baby Jaycee (which is native american for moon).
Everytime i'm doing my homework, reading a book, painting or writing he always comes and sits on my books, walks all over them, purrs and dribbles lol
Would you say he is my familiar?

It's like i feel i knew him in a past life or something.
I'm not actually a wiccan, but i have been stufying it for about 2 years now.
It really interests me, but i'm quite young (15) so i don't know if it's right for me.
So he doesn't come to me in rituals or anything, but i would say if i did, he would.
